I liked the room and amenities, restaurants, ambience, and its peaceful and relaxing vibe.

The hotel said it's "pet friendly", however, we could only use a single "service lift" when our pet was with us, only allowed to sit at designated areas, and there was no pet-bed available in the room even when on one of their ads said it was provided.

Unprofessional and Misleading Service

The facility is a textbook example of adequate hospitality for its pricepoint and positioning. Amenities, F&B outlets, public areas were tip-top! Additionally you can also tell that the housekeeping team was well trained and they observe and adapt to guest's behavioural patterns and needs.

the only bad thing I can say about this hotel is: It is not a great idea to have guestrooms facing a crossfit box. It is not pleasant to wake up to the continuous sound of a crossfit ball hitting a wall just because someone decided to train at 6 am

The experience is smooth, staff were very supportive as we have called them once we got the room if we can change it as it was next to the window and noisy, they have immediately supported us and gave us all options and we picked one room and moved. That was very helpful and comfy.

Nothing that we didn't like. I would recommend couple of things, when you turn off the light off, the light that comes from the AC screen and from the digital clock become annoying, it should be softer.

The pool area is nice

The scent of the fragrance used in the hotel is strange and somewhat bothersome. Additionally, the hotel reception and the furnishings are extremely poor and underwhelming. The lack of a wardrobe in the room is also very annoying; there aren't enough closed shelves, which is a bad idea as it gives a sense of clutter and chaos in the room.

The look and feel is very modern. Nice design and a very ‘happening’ place as well for expats in Dubai - LALA is definitely worth trying, the pool is great as well, gym and other amenities- hygiene is 5 star quality in the hotel and that was indeed much appreciated. The Reception Staff specifically Zaheer and his colleague as well who helped us with accessing the resort ( I forgot his name) were very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff were also great as well. Location is central, in the middle between downtown and JBR-Marina, very convenient to stay at. Rooms are modern, beds are extremely comfortable specially the pillows ??- bathroom were always clean and spot on as well. Amenities _ SMEG branded which was impressive- room is smart as well. It is also worth noting that the hotel practices lots of sustainability measures which is amazing- also it is very inclusive employer giving an opportunity for everyone regardless.

The rooms without the AC in winter could get a bit damp. There was excess moisture, making the air feel heavy or the surfaces cool and wet, often causing a musty smell, condensation on windows, and this js due to poor natural air ventilation which can be fixed by improving airflow, using a dehumidifier, and finding the source of moisture like leaks or condensation. While I understand the policy of not having the windows open I think room service could open it while doing the turn downs just to freshen up the room and the close it. The hotel scent was a cinnamon and spice blend; I think the lobby needs something more on the citrus or fresher side - this is just my opinion and I think it would reflect the brand in a better way.

Room was large enough, clean. Great staff. Pool & sunbeds are cool. Breakfast is very good and there is LahLah restaurant & bar next to the pool in the which is a great option to have.

Windows were blocked so there is no fresh air in rooms.

Amazing place to stay near the heart of Dubai. Celestin made sure we were feeling at home and had everything we need for to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Can’t really think of anything. The shower drain is a bit slow but that’s if I’m nitpicking!

This hotel is excellent, very clean, and friendly staff. I was very happy here and would definitely return. Has a wonderful Pan-Asian restaurant called Lah Lah.

The breakfast here is TOO good! I honestly looked forward to the breakfast here during my stay. The staff were so helpful and kind! The place was overall great.

I had mentioned the staff that it was my boyfriend's birthday but they forgot to decorate which was sad.

No fault if there’s but valet is very slow, and the gym is open to outside guests, so it gets quite busy.
