Clean, modern, excellent location, great value

The Rooms are small and the price is high

The bathroom sink doesn't drain water properly in my room.

The toilet is like a hospital toilet. Showers were old and no hair dryer provided. The bed is hard and 1 pillow per guest only, i had to ask for another pillow. No toiletries also provided

I have already stated during my booking that I prefer a "non-smoking room" but still the receptionist during the check-in asked for the same information. The hallway smelled like a smoking area.

First of all thank you for the reception staff, and the lady guard always smiling..the service good and the location easy to find it…

The hotel's location is great; it is within walking distance of the Emirates Mall.

Breakfast. Tried pastries, fruits, eggs, etc, and none of them tasted good and were cold. Do not book a room with breakfast included, as you will regret it. Shuttle Service: We booked our names to take the shuttle to the beach the next morning. In the morning, we informed the hotel personnel after breakfast that we would be downstairs in a few minutes to take the shuttle. We got their okay, but when we went downstairs, the shuttle had already left. As such, we had to wait one more hour for the next one. Not reliable. Even if you sign up and reserve a spot in the shuttle, it is not guaranteed. Be aware.

The staff is amazing, specially Anjana she was so friendly and helpful and made everything easy and made sure once we checked in that everything is ok in the room

They enter my room without permission twice, me having the sign on the door of do not disturb they enter my room when I left they turn off the ac open the curtains and touch all over my things, when I reach at night I call the manager and they check camera and they said that was a mistake, only excuse

Not too far from Mall of the Emirates. Great for the price. Very nice staff.

Room could’ve used more cleaning. Internet can sometimes cut and come back. Pool was small but not a major issue.
