Sleepover Terminal 3, Concourse A - formerly sleep 'n fly

The space & rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay specially for long layover. The bed is very comfortable as well & the lighting control makes it really easy to set the perfect lighting as you need.

The cabins are not sound proof which makes it not child friendly as the staff warns if your baby cries you have to move out.

Noisy…light shining in my face all night…no lock on pod.

Terrible location…noisy and bathroom sinks had people washing their feet in them when I wanted to brush my teeth.

Property was great, I wish it was ventilated but great location.

The storage unit beneath the bed wasn’t the cleanest. I was a little hot.

Had been up the previous night, badly needed a place to crash, i had a long lay over for 14 hours spent 10 hours sleep here.. it’s a clean quiet spot and you can sleep re energize your energy for the journey ahead.

The head pillow area is tricky to manage, but if you’re tired, you’ll crash anyway :)

It was awful disgustingly dirty that my dad has to go now to get checked at the doctor. Bed sheets had poop stains and urine! I need my refund

The bed size and the room are extremely small. The same lounge in Qatar airport is far better with a lower price. Also, the noise is very disturbing at Night. Poor facility, no shower, and no coffee/tea facility. In comparison to Qatar, Dubai launge it is very poor.

Nice option, good location. I appreciated the quiet space in the middle of a busy airport. The staff were really friendly, and when I made a mistake with the booking, they accommodated me anyway.

The cubicle they gave me had a broken bed, but it worked OK. I was too tired to change. I let them know when I left, and they weren’t surprised. It seems they knew this cubicle had a problem.

The guy at the reception kept watching football on his phone or doing something on it. It wasn’t the friendliest or help

The walls are very thin. One cannot speak without the person in the next cubicle hearing them. It was also freezing in there with no way of controlling the temperature.

Was very quiet. Very secure place. Staff very nice

I would HIGHLY APPRECIATE the response of the Male guy, at duty on the 17-July around 5:30 AM.He soon after confirming the payment, checked me in early, which was the generous of all response. Coming from a long flight to long connection, his response was EXCEPTIONAL

Unfortunately one of the person screaming inside the sleeping lounge, asking the staff for washroom. where everyone knows that it is a sleeping zone and we are not supposed to even talk inside.Anyhow upon mentioning it to female staff on duty around 12 pm on 17-July, she appologised and mentioned that tenant did not understand english. For me its not abt english or other language but NO ONE should be allowed to bother people sleeping inside

The staff said that I made the wrong reservation. But there were no other options. They charged me because supposedly I arrived late.

Too loud sometimes. I had to ask the others to be quite. Too bad they are not showers.

THe check in process was not good, we were told to go to different terminals as the staff was confused themselves about our booking and hence took an hour extra after our landing to find the booked room. the rooms were booked 2 days in advance.

u gave me a coffin to sleep in for 3 hours. it is a rip off for the price. Absolutely robbery

It was nice to rest there during a long layover.The personnel was very helpful. They rescheduled my hours of stay, according to my request. Hazel was very good and friendly.

There is no option to lock the capsule to leave bags, while going to the restroom or eating.
