I don’t understand why this hotel is rated so low. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is excellent—you can easily take Yango, and it’s very affordable. I wouldn’t recommend using the hotel’s transportation service, though, as it’s quite expensive (around 13), while Yango costs about 4.The food is average, and the breakfast buffet is very basic; you often need to wait for the dishes to be refilled because only two people are handling it. Still, the food is good. The hotel is clean and spotless, and the bed is comfortable. The front desk staff could improve their customer service. They offer ironing service, which is useful. The water is very hot—almost boiling—so they should improve the system to provide cold water as well.Overall, I think it’s an excellent option. I was hesitant because of the low rating, but in my opinion the score is too low for how good the hotel actually is.

The location is nice, walking distance to MOE, restaurants, supermarkets and many more.

On arrival to the room the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the room was having unpleasant smell but it was fixed after I confronted one of the housekeeping staff on the floor. With that being said the door was not functioning properly as it touches the wall frame whenever closing making it hard and noisy

The location is annoying, far from Mall of the Emirates, the lobby area is very small, the breakfast is simple, the colors used inside the rooms are uncomfortable.

Cleaningless was bad for a 4 start hotel. I stayed for 11 days and wasn't happy. Some housekeepers were putting the effort but the room itself was just not well kept. All stained.Also would like to mention here that I got €50 stolen from my bag by the end of my stay and I just realized when I left the country as I was using my card the whole time. Very disappointed and will not stay here again specially because I got robbed.

Receptionist was rude as anyone could be, a host RUDE !!First time in my countless stays in Dubai hotels, you can face any disturbing thing, except a Receptionist clearly looks down at you in every way, also first time i go to my room to found that he didn’t program the keys, went down to tell him he kept talking to the customer in-front of him, he’s colleague ran at me to get new ones, phone at the room didn’t work, the Starbucks’s barista forget to add a donut to 3 items order, i order it again, she went inside to get it but i didn’t get that till now, buy end when same Receptionist giving me the deposit which by the way also first time in Dubai hotel I pay !!He was on the phone with whom ever check on the room which didn’t even have a toothbrush or anything else, he ignored me standing in front of him, and called my girlfriend which was on a couch 3 meters far from us, Madam you forget something in the washroom referring to her underwear, all that was completely obvious cuz she’s same nationality as he, and she’s gorgeous, but does it really worth it to treat us like that, recalling this now made me really angry again, i should’ve filed a complaint (DET) i think i still can do it, let’s see.

Service it’s very bad , start from the Receptionist , The assistance is very bad, I took another hotel after only 3 hours of staying in the hotel because of the bad treatment

The rooms are closed with walls from all sides in the room, the only window is 20 cm wide and overlooks the hotel from the inside and on the side of the wall, and when I told him that I will go and I want my money for the reservation, he told me that it is not possible

The room was big and good. They have covered parking.

The sauna and the jacuzzi were always not hot.

I like everything except the two staff during check out. i like how accessible to everything the location is, the staff during check in her name is honey mae was generous enough to upgrade our room. the breakfast was pretty descent for the price. Very clean.

Well there were two staff during our check out, as soon as we finish our breakfast we went back to our room to get our things and leave ASAP.we called them from the room so when we go downstairs it’s already prepared.the deposit or if they wanted to check the room. yet no answer,when we reached in the lobby which literally took us at least 2 mins there were two staff in the reception chitchatting and yet didn’t answer the call.btw we saw them when we went up from the breakfast and from the elevator, and even took the time to do our check out.

The hotel was amazing in terms of cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. I liked the theme colors of orange green and yellow.

No soap, personal kits need to be asked to proved(not available during check in), bottled water refillable

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was excellent, from the comfort of the rooms to the warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank the Duty Manager, Mr. Adnan, for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. He truly made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Easy to access- clean and comfortable - fast check in and out - we asked for connected room and they provided it

Smoot check in and staff was helpful and friendly

The room was clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and polite.

The distance to the metro was a bit far.Some basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bar soap were not available in the room, so you had to request them from housekeeping to bring them for you.
