Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha, Dubai

It was absolutely gorgeous, clean and the staff was generous and welcoming to my niece ( bless their hearts).

The internet could have been better. Staying in contact with family abroad was difficult.

Breakfast needs improvement

Room, Breakfast & Location was very good. I paid for dinner also. But there was less options in dinner. There was 3 set menu. I have to choose from those set menu only (even I dont like some items)

The booking was done with hugher rate & I opted to pay during check in on 27th Oct25. But I found that on 19th Oct25, AED 857.78 (INR 21400.97) was deducted from my credit card. When I pointed out this, the front desk initiated refund. The refund was credited on 27th Oct25 AED 857.78 (INR 19649.53). So I lost as a bank charge the difference - INR 1751.44.This was not expected. The hotel should have only blocked the amount against my credit card; but no physical deduction. I think this is not right approach. I paid extra during booking & also lost some money for bank's transaction fee.

Shoura was great with helping out with the booking. The place was very well organised and clean

The staff was wonderful especially mr Mohammed shoura was very helpful and always ready to help .and sure when i come back to Dubai i will stay in this wonderful hotel specially cleanse and serivce and location and breakfast and staff every thing was excellent

Nothing was bad

Stay was very short came only to sleep. it was very comfortable. There was no king room available but thanks to Manzoor at reception he arrange for us and made our stay comfortable. Staff is very helpful saya and poo also were also very friendly on check in. In midnight I requested water service is very fast housekeeping guy bring it immediately I forget the name sorry I was sleepy. And I love hamada he is very professional and Ousama also I will come back soon very nice hotel

Housekeeping was generally good, but on some days they forgot to replace towels or restock bottled water.

The breakfast had minimal vegetarian/eggless options.The room size was quite small especially with a baby crib and luggage. The manager was quite pushy to give a review in his presence when we were checking out and asked what I intended to rate the property which was off putting

I like everything friendly staff saya at reception was very nice. Also in night manzoor recommend a very nice restaurant nearby room was clean nice area

I had such a great time for my one-night stay, Manzoor was super chill at check-in, got me all set super fast with a big smile. Saya was great too happy to help and so kind. they gave me warm welcome as soon i enter the hotel. The room was comfy and clean, just right for a good sleep. Oussama was cool at checkout, made it quick and easy. This place feels like home

Nothing i can say i did not like

The hotel is clean and very close to the airport, the staff was helpful specially Hamada the bellman was very helpful
