Highly recommended! • Location: perfect and 5 minutes away from the metro station• Rooms: a bit small but enough space, comfy bed and clean room. Also, it had an iron which is really great! ( if you didn’t have one just ask at the reception, they will provide you with one immediately). • Staff: very welcoming • Wifi: very good• AC: Strong ( I’ve seen many complaints about the ac but I didn’t face any issues even though it was summer time) • Luggage keeping (free) : I was able to leave my luggage after I checked out• I have stayed in 2 different rooms in 2 different stays, if your room smells like cigarettes just tell them you don’t smoke and they will change it.

I wish if they had a working space in the lobby, but you can go to the nearby cafe

Great location—just a short walk from Genetec, where I did my training, as well as close to DWTC and the Dubai Metro Station. Excellent value for money

The room felt smaller compared to other Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, like the Ibis near Dragon Mart in International City. The food was okay, but the variety was limited. Unlike the Dragon Mart branch, there were fewer options—no soups or salads with salmon, for example. Also, there was no option to have eggs cooked to order by the chef, which I missed."

The reception indian man ignored what they said by mail about early check in and let us stay at lobby although too much people made check out. Really I don’t advise anyone to go there

I arrived earlier than the check-in time but Ms. Eve was extremely courteous and kind, and checked me in without making me wait. The customer service is great, requests were handled without delay. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to Dubai.

A comfortable and pleasant hotel with a fairly modern feel, located in a convenient and easily accessible area. This is my second stay here, and I would happily choose it again.

When I request the upper floor

I can hear the people talking on the other room and even talking in the hallway. I didn't know that the hotel is not soundproof. I'm not feeling well during my trip so I need to take a nap on a day time but since I can hear them can't even slept.

Telephone in room broken, was first checked into a nonsmoking room but someone had been smoking there so I left. My room the telephone and coffee machine didn’t work

Romms are pretty small , with the around you apy USD 200 and you get pretty small room
