The First Collection Marina, Dubai, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The music is way too loud in the lobby and the breakfast area..my room was not cleaned till 4 pm. I had to call the housekeeping staff to do the job. Other than that everything was excellent

Excellent. Will come back again. Dont read bad review from people that left bc they are talking nonsense. I am so glad i didnt follow it. Great service, location, staff, food (half board), swimming pool, soluna beach is 5 star. All in all the best place to be in dubai as a tourist.

An older tower a block back from the marina promenade with easy access to Jumeira Beach and the promenade. The hospitality of the staff made up for the disappointing pool and restaurant options.

The hotel felt immaculately maintained but aged. The disappointing pool and views of the shipping port and desalinization facility were a letdown.

My stay was great, Room is clean spotless thank you to the room attendant for maintaining cleanliness, all reception staff are friendly and very warm welcoming esp. Jinki. I will recommend this hotel.

We spent one night at the first collection marina. It was short but amazing with nice and friendly welcome by Adam and check out was smooth with the assistance f beautiful amani. spectacular view of marina we had there from our room.

Everything was excellent! I especially appreciated the atmosphere and the quality of the service. The room was very comfortable, with modern decor and well-arranged. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to visit. One of the highlights was meeting, by pure chance, other compatriots and family members. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every taste. It was truly an unforgettable experience

Great room and view - very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Amani and Ayasha were amazing and very attentive.

Beautiful hotel and very helping staff,we stayed for 1 night but the staff made us feel home,specially i would like to mention ms bushra,she was helpful during checkin and gave us a very nice room.And amani upon departure helped for qucik departure

It was a beautiful holiday in the hotel and the breakfast was wonderful and delicious and the swimming pool with great music and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Sharif he was very interested with me thank you very much I hope to come again ❤️????

Location and excellent breakfast.

Property was dated, room had a stale smell and didn’t like the shower/tub concept.

I really liked the staff, everyone were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really good and I love the location near the Marina.

The location is eliteeeee … you are 5-7 minutes away from the marina walk, marina mall … 10 minutes walking from the JBR you just need to cross over… this is our second time in this hotel and we love it
