- The Room was not clean at all, Toilets were not cleaned daily.One of the Security staff was rude and entirely unprofessional. The only bar is the pool bar which is not a night out bar.
- Location. No good view of city from this hotel. I would rather stay somewhere near Burj Khalifa for a better view.

The staff
1. Rooms were not cleaned until after 3 PM when I had to call 2. The front car drop off and pick up can waster 20 minutes due to bad design of entrance
