City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments

Excellent location. We had a great room overlooking the Marina. Big tasty breakfast. Helpful staff and not too crowded. Well equiped apartment,

We booked a one bedroom apartment but on arrival were allocated a studio. It took a bit of negotiation but eventually we were allocated a proper one bedroom unit with a door to the bedroom.

We rented a One Bedroom Apt, it was quite spacious and fully equipped. The Apt was very clean and well equipped. The Location was great, a short 1 minute walk from Dubai Marina, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they let us check in before the scheduled time. Breakfast was amazing, a nice variety of Items, Good coffee, a nice selection of Breads, Deli meats, cheeses, and fruits. Overall, the place was a Gem and we are frequent travellers.

Nothing we did not like

Location

The rooms looked very old fashioned. No power sockets. Making it difficult yo power phone , laptops etc.No shaving socket. The entire living room only 1 socket at the kitchen. The study table had no socket.Very bad electrical distribution of sockets.!!!

Location, location, location. I will go back again just for the location. The 3 bedroom was HUGE and clean.

The steam room was « under maintenance » and I have the impression that it’s been like this for a few months with no intent to repair it. The WiFi wasn’t working in many room even showing you a full signal. They are obviously using repeaters that can’t reach the main router

Location and room. Breakfast was also nice.

You cannot sleep normal after 7am due to construction work close to the hotel.

We had booked this room well in advance but when we check in they gave a an upgrade. the staff were friendly and helpful. a free bus to the main malls. The two pool area were clean, free towels and a pool staff the whole day, even saw the staff helping a little boy lean to swim. Walking distance a local shops and the marina is a beautiful walk during the evening.

Dust storm but what can you do, you are in a desert country.

Good location near marina and JBR

This hotel is extremely outdated and in a seriously deteriorated condition, and it desperately needs major renovation. The night shift reception staff, along with their manager, showed a clear lack of professionalism and basic hospitality standards. They disturbed us and our guests after midnight and even intentionally deactivated our room key, with no explanation whatsoever. The breakfast was very poor, offering only a few basic items, and the glasses had a strong, unpleasant odor.Considering the low quality of service, the price paid is absolutely unjustified

There was a construction next to the hotel for the whole week even in the weekend, the hotel should have informed us before we book as part if there integrity and respect. Unfortunately, the construction will stay for long. I was expecting some trattoria or refund or at least discounts, although we paid for 2 apartments myself and my brother

The location.

Spacious and clean apartment Efficient and friendly staffClose to transport so gave options of either metro or taxi useIdeal for strolling along Marina "people watching"Great value for money

Some aspects of the apartment could do with updating, deffo could do with more power outlets,Not a showstopper just an observation No sun on pool area during the day after 9am, this info should be available to potential customers, didn't bother us but was noted

Its just fantastic and a great location

Close to everything, mall, yachts, and great environment as a whole

The view and staff

The first room near the road alot of noise at nightChose the room which are to the marina side they are more quite

The apartment is nice and spacious and the staff very helpful & friendly.

Location and size and balcony overlooking marina

Little pricey

The location was good.

I did see some guy in the middle of my room when I took of the shower, laughing at me and asking if I want a housekeeping!! this is unacceptable. also there are bugs in bed!

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay! The staff were absolutely amazing – a special mention to Sheetal, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone else we met was equally friendly and helpful, though I’m sorry I didn’t catch all their names. The facilities were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how impressive everything was for an apartment-style hotel – honestly, it was better than some regular hotels we’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Location was excellent. The apartment was nice and spacious and the staff very helpful & friendly.

Some additional things I would have liked - washing up liquid, tea towel, kitchen roll, large coffee mugs & wine glasses.
