The place, comfort, and accessibility cause it's like 12 minutes walking to and fro Gold Souq Metro Station ?

I can hear a little noise from outside, like car.

Location good but need more drinking water and coffee to room am 2 tower

Room is big amd comfortable

Toilet faucet is leaking ans the whole toilet is wet. Then TV dont have signal. Only 1 tissue is provided...water only 1....it is supposed to 2 atleast for 2 guest..big towel.only 1... trash bin only one room needs also. I had to ask for kettle...no coffee or free refreshment... shampoo and soap only 1 each... its not sound proof and there is no parking...

The Hotel is a great budget located in Deira, Dubai. I stayed here for a one night recently and was very impressed with the value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice rooftop terrace with views of the city. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the Gold Souk and the Spice Souk. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.Overall, I would highly recommend Simba Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Dubai.

Just imagine the rest from this that at the checkout time receptionist was asking to pay 4aed as you drink 4 bottle of water. And if you need something you have to come down as there's no landline, ac in room was making noise like we start generator.

Nothing, absolute scam, 1 out of 4 of the plugs we’re working, the lights were not working, toilet was in revolting condition. Would never come back! Did not even see a single day of housekeeping, felt extremely unsafe all throughout the stay and a small amount of rain had flooded all around the hotel, leaving no way to exit without getting my all dirty and wet. Other instances of abuse occurred during the stay by other people and the lack of authority and safety and security from the hotel staff was disgusting.

Dirty, cheap, nothing working, terrible staff

Nothing special here maybe you can find other better hotels with the same price. However, I was happy that the receptionist called to inform me that I left my bag and told me to come back. When I came back my bag was still in one piece. Thank you!

The smell of cigarette still stays in our room even though we are in a non-smoking room.

High prices 270, even booking.com didn't show me the exact total rate of the hotel. The toilet was not cleaned. It was not well equipped, and the hair dryer was missing. They don't give us 2nd-day housekeeping services.

I book the room but they said room is still not ready which I book in offer so I need to pay 150 for only 2hrs they take from me on the reception

I didn't like their washroom, no shower, TV not working, Bed is making sounds and Even for small water bottle which is complimentary in any Hotels -they're asking for charge's.

I paid more than what was required. Knowing that I contacted the hotel and it was confirmed that the price is the same as mentioned on the site.The behavior of the receptionist is very bad.Some of the lights in the room were not working.The restroom was not clean.
