Pros +
- It was a place to sleep to catch an early flight.
- The staff
- The staff was nice and they tried their best to help the guests.
Cons -
- The bed was uncomfortable. It is in Dubai and only provides 2 complimentary bottles of water per day. It did not have water stations to refill a bottle.
- Just can't wait till the road are fixed. Other than that I love The Grand Star my home away from home.
- The rooms did not smell good/fresh. Smelt like mold was growing. The outlets were UK outlets whereas other hotels in this area had outlets that could fit all appliances, including North American & Asian. Located in old area. Ok for one night close to DXB.

It was a place to sleep to catch an early flight.

The staff
