Gateway Hotel

The location of the Hotel is the best one. Very close to Metro Station, Meena Bazar and Gold Souq. Excellent Location. Rooms are comforatable and staff is also very couretous.

Break fast wasnt that gri8. But ok.

Rooms were clean. Near to shopping areas and lots of affordable restaurants nearby.

Nice service, the staff are very hospitable and helpful.Especially the housekeeper who cleaned the room every day, very polite and professional ??Comfortable, clean beds; facilities were replenished every day; a very good iron; good Wi-Fi. Everything was great.I already knew the location is not in the city center. The main thing was that it is not far from the airport and downtown — somewhere in the middle. But the streets around the hotel are one-way roads, so there were traffic jams, but the traffic jams everywhere that’s why it wasn’t a big deal

The breakfast buffet needs improvement from food to service.

The buffet is too Indian oriented and same food daily.

Very good value for money. It's 3star. Budget area and walking distance to the abra, took no longer than 10mins. The lobby staff very willing to help and are of great assistance

The property itself is good and is fine. The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was always very helpful. It had all the basic essentials we needed for our stay. Everything was okay, location is quite okay - 15 minutes walk from the closest metro station, staff was amazing and super helpful, highly recommended

The stuffs are really nice and friendly. The receptionist Prakash upgraded our twin bed room to a suit without extra cost, he is very gentle and helpful. Other stuffs are also very helpful.

Overall it's ok, Breakfast option could be a bit more but still good option

The property itself is good and is fine. My problem is the location, it’s almost in the middle of Diera which is a very crowded and kind of dirty neighborhood.

Breakfast Wifi

We booked a room for 2 people but got free upgrade to a bigger room that can accommodate four people.

Unfortunately I did not have access to breakfast, they made me pay and I do not know why

the booking said I had acess to breakfast, and they made me pay

Staff are friendly. Thanks to guest relation officer Jinky who assisted us with every need. Thanks also to Nuwan who was our cleaner.

The property is a bit old. And the pool could have been open later.

Located closely to the old historical district and subway, really nice breakfast, the room was clean, there was an option to leave your baggage while not checked in.

The surroundings. It looked extremely old, unsafe and it was loud. We had to wait for our check-in for 20+ minutes.When you leave your baggage with concierge, it's just standing in the hall, available to everyone, not in a special room.The balcony was permanently closed.

Breakfast has to be inproved but food very tasty

It had all the basic essentials we needed for our stay. We were especially grateful to Miss Jinky along with the cleaning crew for giving us great support, friendly service and cooperation.

The streets outside was tight and one-way, so navigation to the hotel was a bit of a struggle. Additionally, the parking entrance was also a bit cramped and cars exiting aren’t certain if there would have been another car coming.

Good property and nice staff. Breakfast has good variety. Clean.

Location is difficult for taxis to come in.
