The staff were helpful particularly house keeping and pool guard

The bathroom floor and bath needed a good clean Over all bedding and apartment was clean and safe

Location is fantastic. Flexible checkout time. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Good wifi. Clean beds and clean room

Not enough toiler paper provided. Need more power outlets near the beds. Do not disturb sign needs to be replaced. Toilet lever was too loose. The bathroom door frame has damages from water and needs to be replaced.

Large room, very clean. Nice lobby. Attractive lodging.

Restaurant was sub-par. Limited ala carte menu and almost same breakfast everyday. Eggs prepared ahead of time as fried or omelets---rather dry and overdone if one did not arrive when opening.

Location is perfect its close to many important locations in dubai , also it's cleand and very quit . The staff also good he is very helpful person

Staff is cheap they chek the room after you chekout like you steal somthing and they look to find sonething so they don't have to refund you deposit. Not recomed to american tourist its not the standard you looking for.

it's clean, has laundry washing machine, good food at good price at the restaurant since there is no place to eat close by

its a bit isolated, they play the music in the hall very loud that you hear it all night trying to sleep & all day as soon as you wake, & during the night if you wake up, staff works slowly but they try,

The staff, the room key! They will give you one room key but in fact you need two one for the parking and one for the room. So if you leave your family in the room and you want to go finish some business you can't take it and leave your family without key

Nothing It's a 3 star and this was confirmed by tha hotel staff whereas I booked and paid for a 4 star hotel and not hotel apartment

It's not clean , my wife suffered severe insects or bed bugs bites with severe itching and had to seek medical treatment

it's not a 4 star hotel, no security lock on the door. We didn't have a key to the room because the machine was broken. the place was a mess... very dis satisfied

no airport shuttle, hotel has shuttle but is extra charge.

The 1 BHK are nice a spacious. . Overall the stay was very comfortable. The staff a exceptionally professional and helpful . A special shout out to Jyothi and Arun at the Reception. Cheerful and welcoming and very supportive with great customer service. Well done!

The bath area was too small in our apt.

Especially, my children are grateful to reception employees Ms. Gotty and others who provide excellent services, advice and support to my children
