Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai

The location is great. Around 23 minutes from the airport, and 18 minutes to Dubai downtown. The room size is very spacious. The food options at the breakfast buffet is great and tasty. Also, we liked the salad and appetizers atmosphere the pool bar.

The service in the breakfasts and pool/ beach is very slow.

Amazing stay and amazing staff specialy Ms Ahlam from Morocco she was nice polite and friendly.

Loved that the pool was big enough compared to other hotel pool villa’s. Excellent customer service!

Wished there was not much greener near the pool as it attracts insects.

The hotel’s location was good and the beach was very nice – this is really the only positive I can mention.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet 5-star standards.First, the breakfast quality was disappointing. The variety, taste, and overall presentation were below what I would expect from a 5-star resort.Second, and most importantly, we had a serious issue with water in our room. We were staying on the 3rd floor of the 3-storey building, and there was a constant problem with water pressure. It was so low that it was practically impossible to take a shower, especially during the evening hours. We raised this issue with the staff, but they were unresponsive and unable to solve the problem.The next day we received some sweets as a complimentary gesture, which I appreciate, but it doesn’t change the fact that I couldn’t even shower properly during my stay. Overall, my score for this hotel is 3 out of 10.

Nikki Beach is a real getaway — the moment I arrived, I felt like I was somewhere far from the city. The location is perfect; it feels private, separated, and secure, yet it’s still right in Jumeirah. Even the valet service was quick and effortless.The interior is truly stunning. I love the shade of blue they used in the lobby and throughout the hotel — it gives such a calm, elegant feel. The view from the lobby is breathtaking, and the beach itself is magnificent, almost Maldivian. It’s the kind of view you can stare at for hours.They upgraded our room, and it was incredibly spacious. I especially loved the dressing room area, with mirrors everywhere, making it easy to get ready. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping checked on us right away to offer cleaning services.Overall, Nikki Beach feels like a luxurious escape inside Dubai — a place where you can relax, disconnect, and enjoy every detail.

The only thing I didn’t like was the illumination inside the room — it felt a bit dim, and I wish it had better lighting.

Here are the points I observed during my stay:1.The welcome briefing at check-in was incomplete and insufficient.2.When a guest refuses to leave a deposit, the treatment becomes almost as if the guest is untrustworthy.This creates a very negative feeling — from emptying the minibar to the attitude in the restaurant and bar. It feels disrespectful.3.The staff at Nikki Café often acted stubbornly, insisting that guests don’t understand and only they are right. This attitude is not guest-friendly.4.There is no simple iron in the room, forcing guests to use the laundry service, which is not fair.5.Noise from pool cleaning and surrounding areas late at night disturbs guests whose rooms face the pool and the sea.6.During breakfast service, none of the staff feel responsible to explain anything or guide guests.7.The elevator clearly needs maintenance, as it makes a very loud and alarming noise when it starts moving.8.The room curtains are manual, which is not appropriate for a hotel that positions itself as modern and high standard.9.Room service insisted on entering the room, knocking three times within about 90 minutes, disturbing the rest of a guest who simply wants to relax.10.There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign, which was surprising for a hotel of this level.11.Laundry service quality was weak.There were a few other small issues, but the above points were the most important.I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience.Thank you

It felt like my home away from home. I loved the private beach and the wonderful food. I loved the spa and my massage there.

Strong cigar smell in the room. Reception didn’t want to change unless downgraded or asked us to pay an additional charge of 500$/ night

This is my first visit to Nikki Beach Resort and it will not be the last.The resort is complete with service, place, and beach – I give it more than five stars.Check-in was fast and the staff were welcoming and kind. The service from all employees was excellent, they serve with love and a smile. I thank them all for making my stay more comfortable and luxurious.The beach is wonderful and the pool as well.The room (Ocean Luxe, sea view suite) was very spacious with a beautiful view and a balcony, and it fits three people. Housekeeping cleaned twice a day and always took care of our requests. The resort is great for relaxation.Breakfast was varied with Bakery, eggs, dairy, and even gluten-free options.I also thank them for celebrating my sister birthday. It was a very beautiful surprise.For sure, I will come back soon to this amazing and complete place.

Breakfast was really good, especially the hard boil eggs that they peeled off for me very gently. The room shoes very comfortable and the shampoo very delicious. Excellent lifestyle service. Excellent security service. The gym was really good and not crowded. Beach sun set amazing and not crowded. Swimming pool very very clean. All great.

Nikki beach was always the place I found my best evenings at, but this was my first time visiting a hotel as a guest. The sea is wonderful, the amenities are very nice, rooms are big and very functional. Management is very pleasant

I can say I questioned the quality of staff once at my stay, but mistakes doesn’t matter when people know how to fix em. Big thanks to Ashraf, Irada and Mirai for making the vacation positive.You guys really found your place in customer service ? very high level

I honestly like this place as a nice get away.

I did an extension and had to move rooms and had trouble with the reception not calling then not understanding anything about what I’m trying to say. So whoever was trying to help me was then freaking out since another guest is supposed to be in there.Clearly there is a lack of protocol and clear communication. And the receptionist who was helping me needs to be able to communicate better to customers without repeating the same thing over and over.
