Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Jumeirah

The room was a standard size hotel room with King bed! This is not the standard in Dubai, so for this Texas girl, that was a huge deal. The fact that the staff was so ingratiating and personable, it literally felt like home. My sincerest gratitude!

I would have lived bigger coffee cups and more water bottles, but I cannot think of anything I ¿did not like¿. Simply excellent!

Supermarkets in walking distance. Staff was friendly and would stop taxi whenever we asked them.

You need room access card to operate elevator so that was a hassle. Also no microwave in the room so I had to go to reception to heat milk for my child

The staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. I am a vegan, and this is the first place that I have been where the staff offered to prepare different meal teams for me that were not on the menu.

The location is not the best, because you are near the Dubai port area. Its not a bad location, but I wouldn't expect to see a hotel Like the Hilton with its exemplary reputation, to be located so close to docked cruise ships.

The staff at Hiton Gardin Al Mina are phnominal. The moment I walked into the lobby they greeted me by name and asked if they could arrange transportation for me. Superb customer service!!!

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff few things they need to improve is before giving rooms they need to check each electronics properly and make sure that mentioned things will be available in the room. One of our room fridge and phone was not working in starting than it was solved and room sleepers were not there and after reminding them they arranged it. But overall it was good

What I like about the property:• The perfume in the hotel it’s so natural and nice• The bed was comfortable to sleep and calm•I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it’s close to many lively and central areas, and conveniently located near the places I wanted to visit

What I didn’t like about the property:•Check-in took more than 30 minutes, which was quite inconvenient•The lobby is quite small and not really a comfortable place to spend time in•The bathroom is quite small, making it uncomfortable to use•It might be a good idea to bring your own towel, as the ones provided are not of the best quality•Although the hotel has only five floors, the elevator strangely takes a while to arrive•At night, the noise from the bar is very loud and can be quite disturbing inside the room

The housekeeping staff are nice we met Beku . He was very friendly and works hard .

The hotel is a little run down. In the rooms no windows open at all even on safety catches. We was on level 1 and the smell of stake smoke as its a smoking landing is awful . The smell of drains in the room gets pretty bad. We stayed bed and breakfast . Breakfast is the usual buffet style but was always cold. Lobby staff are always available but don't greet you or smile . The pool area is nit to bad . Not enough sun loungers about 8 in total . It's clean but in poor condition. On the advert it shows an area to buy drinks and snacks these are both closed permanently so you are at the pool on the rooftop and drinks are sold on the ground floor. The location is ok plenty of shops on the doorstep and a 20 minute walk to a bigger area of shops restaurants etc In equal directions. None of the main attractions are close you need to take a taxi or rent a car. The shuttle to the beach was very disappointing. It's only 10/15 minute drive which is free but it is extremely run down all the facilities are closed down. Le Mer Beach avoid . It's a ghost town. The area including hotel and beach are going under renovation we was told by. There is also lots of work in place which seems they are extending the metro to the area

The hotel was spacious and amazing hospitality by staff. The breakfast was good and dinner could do better. Overall everything was great!

Great hospitality, we arrived very early in the morning after a 12 hours flight and we were really tired, they were kind enough to give us an early room that was really appreciated. Overall a comfortable hotel, clean, very good service and hospitality at a good price. I really recommended .
