The receptionist i think punjabi lady was so abused ? me when I was checking out. Washroom is not clean

Very noisy and so many cockroaches in the room Given only 1 towel for 2 people Not recommended at all

Only location of hotel. Checkout process was easy. Didn't take much time and they returned passports without any issue.

They took passports on hold, didn't give back. At the time of checkout you will get both of them. Even I said keep 1 ,no problem. I need mine beacuse early morning I have to do some work,where I need passport. They said you have to do checkout same time. Then you can get passports. The other person can't stay in room and can't sleep if you want to leave early. Or else we need cash as a security.. where as I was not having cash at night. I did checkin at night, was tired and we both go for sleep for while beacuse we were tired. If there as such policy inform before. Too much noise. Clubs inside. It's beside road. Too much inside room. Not clean bedsheets and comforter. Mattress are pillow are not comfortable. Inside room too much smell.I don't recommend this place for families. Lift was not working.

Nothing I like in them , the staff was so so so rude

The staff especially that day morning girl , were screaming at me because I left the key in the room and a reason to leave the room earlier because their rooms are dirty and so noisy

So many cockroaches in the room the bath towel was smelling the house keep staff was rude.. bath room flusher was not working.. please do pest control it’s not good for the people hygiene and also a hotel in UAE can be so unhygienic I didn’t ever taught

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Even manager started to argue before I was even able to finish a sentence.Dirty, in shower wet papers and hair, not clean at all.Absolutely not worth the money.

Nothing that I liked about the property, the receptionist manager was the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. The way she yelled at us and insulted us in front of all others was surprising and disappointing.

The way she yelled at us and insulted us in front of all others was surprising and disappointing.She also said they do not have any other staff other than the security to take out luggages to the room.She gave 500aed to the security and sent him inside for some work though we have been waiting for someone to take out luggage and go to the room. When I asked why are you not telling the security to help us she started yelling and telling me " he just came now"!!! And this is when I asked her to be more polite for which she again started yelling and talked to me rudely as if it's a charity she is doing it for us. Moreover the rooms are unclean and have cockroaches hence they provided another room without cockroaches upon complaint raised. They should not have given such rooms in the initial place at least for us who has a 8 months old baby with us.

Toilet floor drainage is blocked ..water flooding inside toilet when using the shower and lavatory so embarrasing

Its location and convenience from city and airport travel. Also the security and ground staff are much better and helpful than reception

It was my first experience a hotel don’t have its parking for guests whereas booking.com mentioned parking in facilities.I used paid parking

I like the entertaining clubs and retros inside hotel

They charge 100 AED per visitor, and you're not allowed to bring outside food, even if you don't like the food inside the hotel. The facilities are dull, and the front desk staff are not cooperative.
