Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments

A Place never to visit again.

Room was located on a Busy Street, above a Bar that played music and had people outside shouting and children crying until 0230 Hours, despite complaining to the Reception nothing was doe to stop this.

I liked the masters room and the location.

The room was not sound proof as what it's stated in your room description. The washing machine is not working properly. There was nothing to watch in the TV since everything is in Arabic. No options for English movies even cartoons. The sauna was not available too.

The hotel is very quite, beds are very comfy, great location with view at the Marina.

Beds were terrible rooms were outdated and worn, things were broken, her room was empty and had no bathroom amenities until we asked for toothbrushes.Breakfast was also quite disappointing.

The location and the breakfast is nice!

The hotel and the furniture is extreamly old and needs a renovation immideatly! It s a pittu to have such a great location in Dubai Marina but inside everything is very old. Very clean the linens the towels and the cleaning in general. Also it s not very cheap for what they offer!

Comfortable bed, all needs met in the apartment.

The toilet flush was slightly damaged.

Apartments location is really good. Very nice and kind staff. Each day were provided water. Breakfast was included in the price. Easy check in and check out. Taxi from airport was included. There are near supermarkets

Sound isolation could be better. It will be good to add some more plates. From my point of view the quality of breakfast can be improved. For instance, to add more meat instead of sausages

Location is great for what we do when there, fishing etc,On the 4 times we've stayed the staff have always been polite and very helpful

Some of the rooms have been updated, but the finishing details are sadly lacking,Loose tap in bathroom,Shower door scraping on floor,Mastic sealing shoddy AND wrong type of mastic used so some areas mouldy,Washing machine door also scraping on floor,When looking around It is clear that a lot of the work is done by "handymen" not tradesmen, hence the lack of correct finishing,Sauna not working, again,We've been 4 times and were going to recommend to a friend but now will not be doing so based on the finer details, which is what matters to the customer, no one wants to see mould in a hotel shower cubicle!!

The location is absolutely amazing; at the entrance of Dubai Marina. You can walk to all the different restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy a cigar outside. The view of the room is unbeatable!

There is no bar or restaurant at the premisses. However, with so many restaurants and bars in the surrunding, maybe no even a must.

Special thanks to the receptionist named Raghav, he helped us a lot beyond the standard to solve the Burj Khalifa tickets problem, only because of him we got it done and we had an amazing experience. Raghav deserves special rewards! :)Everything in the hotel was perfect!

For an apartment with facilities for cooking, there was no dishing liquid, tea towel or dishcloth if you used them, even if you made a cuppa of tea/coffee. Pool needs some attention as tiles are missing from inside the pool.

Dubai Marina is amazing as always and the hotel is in a great position. The 1 bedroom apartment was exactly same as 4 years ago when I stayed there for longer period. The rooms are clean, the kitchen has some basic equipment and the staff is kind. Great view and not crowded in this time of the year. The rooftop pool is working, the water is cooled down to good temperature and the music is on. Nice place to relax. Shops, coffee shops and restaurants within a minutes, and there is a basement parking which is really good. The internet is free and worked well.

After booking the hotel, I received the appropriate information about the ongoing construction. I was very disappointed because I wanted the "full hotel experience", but instead of a nice hotel lobby, a large reception area and other common areas, there is now only a narrow corridor with a reception desk, an elevator and a short passageway. The jacuzzi and sauna did not work. There is another hotel nearby where we could use the wellness service, but... this hotel's pool area is much better. They could have been more flexible with the booking as there was an available room in the building at the same price but the cancellation policy did not allow a free change. The staff in the hotel were very helpful, I guess it was about the reservation team. Again, I would be very happy if I know about the ongoing construction works which effected a large area of the building.

Everyday was a new complaint. Toilet seat for the main bathroom was broken complaint a few times. Then that got fixed and the flush was not working complained about that finally got fixed. Then the next day put the washing machine on and made such a banging noise and nearly caught fire. Complaint about that and the engineer said nothing wrong with it and said you put the temperature up to high. The temperature was on 30c. He didn’t even check anything else. We then went down to reception to complain again and told him when you move the drum of the machine it makes a bad rattling sound which is not safe. The man at the reception reassured that the machine will be replaced. Then the day of check out came. While our taxi was waiting outside with our luggage the receptionist then accused of steeling two mugs from the apartment. We were forced to pay 100AED FOR THE TWO MUGS. It was absolutely horrible and the worst experience I have had.

Everything was so good. Starting from the location which was perfect because it is close and you can walk to the beach, and also you can walk everywhere in Dubai Marina.The food was very good, it was clean and they are cleaning and changing the towels every day. The view from our room was so nice. Would definettely go there again and stay at this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom and kitchen were in top condition. The staff was really helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. Breakfast was also amazing and delicous. Will definitely come back!!!

If its possible I would love more sweets for breakfast ?
