I am regular here, everything as usual. Good location for my needs, ok wifi for business.

Happy here! Daily cleaning. Kitchenette. Small pool and gym on rooftop. Near to mosque.

The view, the service ( Annan took good care of my room every day and was nice), spacious room

Studio room was a good size with a small kitchen. Location was perfect for the Marina, the beach and access to the Metro.

No restaurant on site for breakfast.. although there are plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel.The rooftop poowas small with a small patio area, which had high walls, so no views.

The accommodation was as shown in the pictures and description. Everything is very close: beach, metro, train, bus, and shops. We traveled to the main attractions, which took an average of 1 hour, but it was worth it because we took the metro and bus...

There were issues with payment, as the active card was declined. If you have such a card, contact the accommodation via email, and within 2 days, you will receive a payment link that will settle the accommodation, so you won't face any unexpected surprises when booking the room.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Great location. Close to metro.

Little things that needed to be fixed: phone didn't work , couldn't turn on shower, remote turn on/off button didn't work, towel hanger fell apart. Because the phone didn't work, for each problem, I needed to go downstairs for help. Also, nobody told me that I have to press the button on the wall to be able to get hot water.

It was not clean and it was old ,food Smells, It wasn't worth the money I paid.

Great location in the Marina. The 2br apartment is very spacious with a beautiful view. All of the staff is really friendly. Would definitely come back.

Excellent location and staff amazing, spotless room, cleaned every day. Staff members went above and beyond to help. Kanagaraj Keshar and Magarie the pool attendant looked after us and where so polite and friendly.

Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size with a nice kitchen. Parking was also available.

Noise for rooms facing the mosque: Garbage collection in the early hours and noise from the lot next to the mosque as it looks like another construction site could be starting soon.So ask gor a room facing West Side building instead.

I'm really liked how clean it was. The cleaning man Kanagaraj was always give us the best service :) He was so nice, to every one :) At the morning always with a smile on his face , nice welcome ?

Excellent service by Jannah place. This is our second time staying here after 2018.We stayed here as a family of 4 for 12 days. Excellent location 10 mins walk over to bridge to Dubai marina. Free parking available. Ashkay our housekeeper made our room spotless everyday. Service by staff and the way everyone helped you even the security with a smile.

There is no point for me

Unfortunately, the hotel refused to check in, citing non-confirmation of the reservation and full occupancy. Although the reservation was confirmed in my personal account. And before that, I also corresponded with the hotel, and they wrote in response that they were waiting for us.There was no prior notice from the hotel.My family was sent to a nearby hotel with a worse location for me. And also with an older condition. I categorically do not recommend the hotel for such poor service and attitude towards customers.
