Bad experience with La Cantine restaurant staff. Somehow rude and impolite.

I booked king size bed for me and my wife non smoking but when i arrived they gave me the option of having a king size bed in a smoking section or two separate beds in a nonsmoking section. I had to choose to sleep separately because i can't stand smoking. I also asked for a check out at 1 pm instead of 12 noon but were not allowed

Breakfast had loads of options with a little rotation each day. The staff handled everything from when I first arrived to loading the Uber leaving. I hardly had to do anything. Best hotel experience I've had. I would highly recommend this place for any first time Dubai visitors. It has direct access to Museum of the Future, Hop on Hop off stop, and to the metro. Uber drivers always on site so you never wait more than 30 seconds to have them pull up. Room was clean, great view, had everything I wanted. Lobby was neat too.

I wish I had a higher floor lol. Nothing was bad about this place. Really torn on trying a new hotel and a new spot or just stick with Jumeriah Emirates Tower for every stay.

I have been coming here for the past 15 years. Love the staff, cleanliness, room sizes, facilities, breakfast and location.

I med my booking with club facilities but unfortunately there no facilities available and no one informed me before .

The location

The amount of noice coming out of nightclubs until 4 am is very disturbing.. i was staying on the 32 floor and still i am hearing the loud noises…. Informed the hotel on first day but no action was taken It’s seriously disturbing ?

Can't fault it ...great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with fabulous views over Dubai (high floors). Well priced. Highly recommend. Whilst we didn't take advantage of it, beach access is a short ride away too.

A bit expensive

I paid 800 dollars a night for a very average room and a very average view. It was NOT worth that price.

The hotel rooms are not worth the price they charge. The emaar 1B expo caused a traffic mess. I wasn't there for the expo but had to get dropped off far away because there was traffic bottlenext due to expo at the hotel. Not an enjoyable stay.

The room and toilet is not clean, even the housekeeping cleaning is bad, i found used glasses in the new room. I stayed for more than a week and they didn’t vacuum the floor until i told them. Another thing is there’s a nearby nightclub, if you’re staying in the lower floors, lower than 25, you can hear the music all night.

Clean and spacious room with beautiful view. Excellent staff. The variety and choice for breakfast is impeccable and one of the best I have seen so far.

The pool is tiny and the beach access provided by hotel has changed over recent years to a beach all the way up on the Palm. In Dubai traffic, it’s a nightmare to reach and it took us more than an hour to get back to the hotel.

Bedroom in suite was decent and location of property in relation to our planned event was great.

Not our first time at the property and was expecting good things however overall stay was disappointing.Check in was slow where staff were not personable nor welcoming. Room was only available one hour after check in. Breakfast was held in ballroom where we were offered 3 different tables all of which were not clean.No mention or offering of afternoon tea, evening sundowners, soft refreshments and canapés that were noted in our booking.

I really loved the location, having the metro connection right there made getting around so easy. The room was huge and felt very comfortable, and the view was genuinely beautiful. Breakfast was impressive (great variety and quality), and the staff were always friendly, warm, and helpful.

The hotel charged my credit card an amount higher than the price confirmed on my Booking.com reservation.At check-in, I raised this issue and was told that the amount had been corrected. However, at check-out, a different staff member again claimed that there was an additional charge. After reconfirming, I checked out and returned home.While on my flight home, I discovered that the hotel had arbitrarily charged my credit card for an extra amount without my consent.I immediately requested a refund from the hotel, but their responses were extremely slow, and they repeatedly insisted that I was required to pay the additional charge. It was only after I filed a formal complaint through Booking.com customer service that the hotel finally agreed to issue a refund.Guests staying at this hotel should be extremely cautious, as there is a real risk of unjustified additional charges being applied without proper authorization.

the staff was outstanding. breakfast was delicious!

I didn't like the carpet on the room floor because it smelled like cheese in the area next to the bed. I'm not sure how it is clean but probably the vacuum cleaner doesn't take that away. Also, my sense of smell is pretty develop.

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Location at the DIFC and near the Museum of the Future was excellent.

There could be more TV channels with movies in English.
