JA Beach Hotel, Dubai

Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and could not be more helpful.The facilities are excellent for children, and the splash pad is fabulous. We also requested an early check in as we were arriving early. I thought it was unlikely, but it was available. As I was travelling alone with a 4 year old, this made our short trip so much easier and much more enjoyable. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

The place itself, activities and most important is the staff .. big thanks to Nilantha the concierge for his support and kindness .. for sure I will come again

If the buffet can have more variety

may activities to do as well as pool and restaurants

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The service was truly exceptional, the food was delicious and well presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and highly professional, which made the entire visit even more enjoyable.

Amazing facilities, pools, and splash park for kidskids club is very useful

My room AC controller way faulty, they had to come and replace it during our stay.first night was so noisy, there was a party near by and the music was so loud, could not sleep till 3AM

Kinda old and water takes time to drain from the sink, towels are overly used as you can see the color white is a bit off white maybe need to use more clorox

The hotel environment and facilities were very good. Peaceful and quiet place.

The staff on the front desk of the breakfast buffet was not friendly. She makes us feel not welcome to dine. Hope she changes when we come again.

The breakfast was very good with a great variety and good service. We have enjoyed the room view and comfy beds, and the swimming pools.

The view in the balcony is an empty rooftop of the reception. There is nothing good to see. I was expecting a good and relaxing view of the beach since it was beach hotel. but no. My experience was like a 3 star. Checking in and checking out took an hour. In the hallway of the room you can hear children and it is very loud.

The rooms were so loud and people kept their room doors open which was really disturbing and loud. Some places in the room were not cleaned properly

Everything the worst experience ever from the moment we checked in we felt unwelcome while others were greeted we were given unhelpful attitude the worst part is after we left i spoke to them about the experience and they blamed us and said we requested food from the buffet they made this false accusation after the manager apologized so it didn’t feel like a sincere apology they were dismissive and didn’t even attempt to fix the problem it was a false and humiliating accusation we dont pay this hotel to be accused discriminated and mistreated dont go to this hotel

Its very nice but expensive in regards to food and other activities , we had to go to ibn batoota mall to have dinner as the prices in hotels restaurant very high and we were bug family and no outside food allowed

Its was good for the kids Splash is very safe place for kids as water park Also the paid kids area Mermaids and pirates was wonderful place for kids So for anyone is looking to activities and to have fun with his kids this is the right place

When i reach the room floor was very wet so my son slept and heart his elbow And they acted very slow and in very cold way as the send the house keeping to clean the floor without sending anyone to handle the situation and check about my kid

The cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas of our room was impressive, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. The beachside and lakeside settings were particularly beautiful. Additionally, transportation was easily accessible, and riding a buggy made it convenient to reach various spots in the vicinity.

Nightlife bar hours and additional activities for adults to enjoy their stay until 4 AM.

Price almost fine

It’s become old and used a lot, I visited 3 years back it was new ?Noisy No void variety No good choices of breakfast Didn’t prepared my room for decoration as I mentioned in booking Kids shouting in colluder TV keep disconnecting every minute

You cant order food fron out side and no supermarket near i have a baby i cant order food for him and the hotel food is not good for baby

Everything was good, clean, beautiful resort, staff were amazing, seeing peacocks was refreshing

I only wish they had a nightclub or some sort of night entertainment as it was boring at night
