Hotel staff , especially the ones in restaurant ( breakfast restaurant turquoise I assume ), were really rude and thy are the main reason that we will never stay in this hotel again.

Deniz Belgin and Cahit were great. Driver was great. Breakfast was amazing.

What truly made my experience special was the receptionist, Bela. She was professional, welcoming, and very attentive to every detail. Bela went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.

i loved how big the rooms are, i loved fhe service, I LOVED THE BEACH CLUB, the hotel makes you actually feel like your on a vacation!

Just that the cleaning staff werent fhe best ever and we had a problem with the plugs in our rooms we couldnt use our hairdryers and styling curlers.

I had a great stay at Rixos Premium JBR Dubai. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel and restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and great service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable Dubai experience.

They surprised us with a beautiful celebration for our 11th wedding anniversary, which was completely unexpected and very touching. Their effort, attention to detail, and genuine care meant a lot to us.

Huge space, great location and amazing staff

Ismail the manager is awesome, he helped us the first day as our flight arrived early and also made sure that once my brother and his baby arrived there room will already be available, amazing gesture and was helpful with any little details, very good customer service 10/10

The views from the double premium suite.

Can't have your own make up artiste or glam team. They only want you to use their spa services even after I told them their spa didn't cover the services I needed. They gave me a hard time. Additionally, it is very loud on Saturday nights due to five next door.

We enjoyed this hotel, it is now one of our favourites. The room was amazing, large, with confy beds, excellent bathroom, including a second bathroom to service the living room, which was our daughters room. Breakfast was one of the best I've seen in Dubai, and the pool and beach were really great. Valet parking is fast, which right now is a big problem in Dubai.

Staff was sometimes very cold, almost rude. Not very friendly, but always provided what we asked for, including during the very busy breakfast. Location is great, but note that due to the traffic in the area, it will sometimes be hard to reach the hotel.

Elevator takes a lot time to arrive

The view of room was very nice. We were in the premium suite. My kids enjoy the space of the suite. The highlight was the house keeping guy his name is Ali. He was so welcoming, always check up on us in the evening to ask if we need anything for our room and if everything was okay. He will help with our shopping bags without asking. This is my second time staying at Rixos. Amazing experience overall.

A huge thanks for the room upgrade!

Unfortunately, the beach was closed, and the options provided as alternatives were not satisfactory. We went to one of the alternatives and the beach was dirty and we didn't bother swimming. Kind of ruined the whole purpose of my trip.

Very bad stay

I booked a premium sea-view room but got a partial view instead. The AC wasn’t cooling (set at 19°C but the room stayed above 24°C). The room wasn’t properly prepared — it even had a honeymoon setup for someone else. On top of that, the beach was closed without any prior notice, and I had to pay extra just to use a normal sunbed by the pool. Overall, I paid a high rate but the experience was disappointing and not worth the value.on top of all of these; I requested to talk to the GM but its look like I requested something forbidden.

Spent two night at Rixos JBR. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by very professional staff, from concierge, to receptionist (Berna) who was very friendly and professional. Rooms and bathrooms were modern,spacious, and very clean. Room was equipped with everything you might need. Their breakfast selection was huge, almost everything you can imagine, one of the best, if not the best I’ve come across. Their lobby is breathtaking especially in the afternoons.
