SINCNE IT IS HEART OF DUBAI, THE HOTEL WAS WORTHY OF MONEY AS WE KNOW THE RENT IN DUBAI IS VERY HIGH. THIS HOTEL CAN BE GIVEN 3 STAR. LIFT WAS AVAILABLE. STAFF SUPPORT IN PHONE ANY TIME AVAILALE.

SINCE IT IS DUBAI, THE PARKING WAS A BIG ISSUE, THE HOTEL WAS LOCATED INSIDE THE DUBAI GOLD SOUQ, THE PARKING WAS A CHALLENGING THING. ALSO THE ROOM WAS FIT ENOUGH FOR 2 MEMBERS ONLY.

Location is great especially for shoppers.Staff very friendly and helpful- Abraar at the restaurant was exceptional and very helpful.

Everything was just great.Breakfast ought to have a bit more variety.

I did not go for breakfast, because I couldn't sleep well

There were baby cookckroches jumping on me after I dim the lights to sleep and those are in furniture. , and bathroom noby go there to clean .I am sure

No USB phone chargers in the room. Only one towel in bathroom. Shower curtain very short . Bathroom floor got wet all over. Some construction was happening around midnight. Too much noise.

Room, beds, pillows, blanket with stains , very bad mattress, very bad bathroom and toilet.

It’s closeness to the business center

Those guys had bedbugs in one of the rooms and even when we called them, they told us they were not aware of them, not once not twice. And if they come here and deny, I have the calls and the images.How do you even get some sleep well knowing there are bedbugs in the mattress

A fairly central location.

A very basic room with a hard bed. The bathroom was extremely basic and in need of renovation.

Amazing budget hotel

Reception staff Muhammad Aslam is so kind and polite his behaviour is good

Atmosphere is good. Silent. Staffs are nice.

Suggest on upgrading some facilities inside the room. Put more towel rather than one. Faucet keeps on dripping. Socket for TV plugs are loose. Prioritise one big bed for couples.

I had requested a taxi to the airport and i was charged 70 Dirhams which i thinknis steep because on my way it costvme 40 Dirhams and the driver atvthe airport also demanded some money. I paid him 10 Dirhams. That was a rip off

the room is very small and they didn’t give toothbrush and they give only one towel and they charge very high price location is very bad also there no have drinking water

Location is ok and recipients majeed was good but restaurant staff was horrible and breakfast no choosable.

Room cleaness

We arrived late at night and were well received by the staff. The hotel was cordial enough to allow us to stay and pay the next day after we had resolved a problem with our bank to be able to make payment.

There was no kettle in the room and the shower mixer had a leaky faucet which made the bathroom wet. Although the hotel made a lot of effort to make us comfortable

Convenient location. The restaurant. Comfortable room but see below, there seriously needs to be more attention to detail.

I asked the front desk 3 times for another towel (we were only given 1 for 2 of us for 2 nights). Nothing happened until I asked the cleaner the next day. I also had to get him to repair the toilet seat, because the top fell right off with the 1st use & the bottom seat was dangerously loose. As well as that, he showed why there was no water in the hand basin for the 1st day - you had to turn the water on at the wall tap behind & below the basin because the taps leaked badly. I ask you - how hard is it to keep all these things in good condition???
