I have been staying at this hotel for the past 30 years, and each visit I notice continuous improvements in every aspect. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Pallav for his exceptional support and for providing all the necessary facilities that made my stay very comfortable. He is truly a valuable asset and a great credit to the hotel.

In the heart of Deira city center, clean, amazing stuff especially Viraf Havewalla, he upgrade room, easy check in and out, amazing few from my room, good food.. love everything about it

The buffet breakfast is great.

The building is old. Very Small bathroom. Even the shower is too short! The mattress and the pillows are like overused! I even requested to change our room.Found hair in the bed and some dirt marks the first time we enter.

The room was perfect, with well-thought-out arrangements that made excellent use of the space. The balcony offered a lovely view of the creek, making morning & evenings especially pleasant. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

The ambience was good, breakfast was decent and the staff especially Jason at the front desk was very helpful.

The executive room was fine. Although the bathtub was smaller compared to other 5-star hotels, the room offered a nice balcony view. The breakfast was good, and the overall ambience was pleasant. Overall, our stay was satisfactory and can be recommended.

Although this property turned 50 this year, they manage to keep it clean and shiny.Location in Deira reminds of those times.Had a great time here, would come back.

Access to parking is very difficult, you have to rely on valet service.

This was my 5th time staying in Radisson Blue creek of Deira. I enjoyed it. You have excellent staffs. for example, Blessing at the reception is so helpful.

Often, I travel alone but this time, I was with my son and book a room with 2 twin beds. The beds were too small. I ask if there are 2 bigger beds unfortunately it is not available in the hotel.

The stay really exceeded my expectations! The Suite room on the high floor was stylish, spacious, comfortable, cozy, with two balconies and great view of the creek. I was checking-in late evening and was planning to sleep right away, but such atmosphere made me eager to cherish every moment, every detail of my stay.Truly grateful for the unforgettable experience and exceptional services!Also I should mention a great location in Old Dubai!Very close to the airport, just about 10 minutes on metro, the hotel is right in front of Union station (exit 1).Great amenities in the room! Variety of superb restaurants in the hotel!

Coffee and kettle was in the drawer, should have a separate place in the open. Washroom was congested.

Ok. Not many varieties.Nearly same things everyday.

I am disappointed because I paid for 3 nights 914 AED n I obtained only 2 days breakfast.The day I checked out they refused to provide me breakfast. I had to pay 90 more AED to get access to the food. And I had to take my flight to London.A bit disturbed about it. On top of that I am a senior citizen 69 yes old.

Staff at the check in counter are not welcoming. Room was not checked well when we arrived, no tissue, soap, toothbrush, slippers, shower cap, and water is the only welcome complimentary?
