Everything it was perfect, specially the employees and more regard to the guy on the reception, he was so patient and helpful and he knows how to treat the guests very well, for example I was booking for one day but then I booked another day because of him.

Everything went well The staff was exceptional. They cleaned our room every day very courteous. The restaurant food was good and the location was perfect.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have a wine bottle opener that we were wanting to use and maybe some more utensils would be nice pots and pans when you’re going to stay in and cook

The reservation team was not reasonable at all and don’t want to see anyone.. one you ask for a manager or the team they will say they are in a meeting

When we arrived, two hotel porters were talking in front of the hotel entrance, We unloaded the luggages from the car in front of them they did not help, Even the receptionist did not offer to help us, we had to take the luggages to the room ourselves. The receptionists do not use a polite expressions at all, they were instructing us ( give me your passport, sign here, …) We dealt with two of them, when we checked in and the second when checked out. All beds in all rooms of the apartment have stains, even the bathtub. the hotel is not clean, easily you can notice the dirt in some corner and edges, and they have a smelly carpet in the hallway..

The staff were well-trained and very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, especially thanks to HK Supervisor Joyce. Our stay exceeded expectations — truly a five-star service experience. The reservation agent name Rose, showed excellent hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room description mentioned that there was an iron and an ironing board available, there wasn’t one in our room. However, when we called the reception, someone came within minutes and brought us everything we needed. The WiFi worked well, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Also, compared with other hotels, the price is affordable, although that’s mainly because the hotel is located quite far from the city center. Other than that, there wasn’t much to highlight.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, as it’s very old. The elevators take an eternity to reach the upper floors. Although the housekeeping staff were doing their best, the outdated furniture and numerous stains made the rooms feel less clean than they probably are. For example, the pillows were old and stained, and the pillowcases were too small to cover them properly.The bathroom was clean but also very old, and we had a constant issue with the toilet tank leaking water into the bowl. We had to press the button several times before it stopped.The breakfast is not really suited for a 4-star hotel. It has a limited variety, even though the food itself is tasty. They could definitely improve that as well.Another unpleasant situation was with the invoice. Initially, the staff refused to issue one, claiming that since the reservation was made through Booking, it was Booking’s responsibility to provide the invoice. I explained that this made no sense and that I needed the invoice for business purposes. I mentioned that if they didn’t issue it, I would report the issue to Booking and speak with the manager. Only then did they finally provide the invoice. This was an unexpected and unpleasant experience. Booking should be aware of such situations and ensure that hotels respect their guests’ requests and provide proper documentation when required.

The quality, welcoming and helpful stuff and facilities are good

Deliveries are not allowed to come to your property you need to go down to the delivery area and elevators takes a lot of time

I could still smell smoke coming through the vents of my room even though I was on a non-smoking floor

The hotel is amazing with a good pool and view of the lake

The ac was broken and the location is far away from the main city

The bathroom was a pit stained specially the bathtubs . The shower head was broken the air dryer was not working

i had enjoyed my stay in Treppan hotel , the staff is very friendly and cooperated , the facility is good its very suitable for business stay of you have a meeting the best value for money

The staff were initially super nice and this booking was for my mom who is 75 years old. The room was equipped for old people such as having a rail in the washroom which we really liked.

However, after she took the first shower, the bathroom flooded and the water went all the way to the kitchenette. When the maintenance staff were called, they were decent and helped by cleaning and wiping the floor however they said they were aware of the problem which I found weird. How can the room be for the elderly yet has a safety issue. When i spoke with the girl at the reception, I didn’t get an apology but rather an argument on why we didn’t ask to change the room. In my opinion, this young lady should be trained better on how to resolve issues rather than argue.

Maintenance issues!

The room was very hot for us. We asked multiple times to fix the AC , yet issue was not fixed and we could not sleep at all

Had a good time at Treppan Hotel, comfortable, clean and Mohammed was very supportive at all times including helping me

The washroom drainage stinks so bad, i wven turned off the ac to avoid the smell. i wasnt able to sleep well.

Nice stay with family clean and spacious rooms, quick room service and staff were friendly.

One of the washroom had a bad smell, rest all good.
