I didn't get breakfast. But the location is perfect.

Take too much time reach the upper floor

Perfection location ,surrounded by great restaurant ,the biggest mall for shopping,. The service is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room are very clean confortable. Highly recommanded.

It was my first visit to Dubai and we loved it .It is close to everything and very convenient, front Desk and concierge are very friendly and helpful.Especially Mr.Samer he is just Amazing !!We will definitely come back.

I stayed for 13 days in a City view “deluxe room” with kitchennett & balcony (70 sqm). My room was super clean and surely Spacious. Housekeeping was spotless, my room was tidy every day. The location is “wow”, it is a 1 minute walk to Dubai mall (leading to China town). Super markets are closeby (mini Waitrose & Fair Mart) and a pharmacy as well. Social Distrikt (dining hall & entertainment hub) is a 2 minutes walk only. .Reception staff were polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff did a good job, every day. Mr. Ali (Pakistani) from porterage was super super helpful. Mr Mohammed (Egyptian) from reception was super accommodating. .The fridge in my initially allocated room was not functioning properly and reached (13 °C), it was like an ice box than a cooling fridge, i requested a repair but receptionist changed the room to a better one. The better room was cosy with a homey feel and surely with a well functioning fridge. .I will be back next year to Damac

Location; 5 minutes walk and your inside dubai mall. We took 2 bedroom apartment and the size was very decent compared to other hotels and apartments. The entire apartment was neat and clean. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also very good (not “excellent” as mentioned at the time of booking, due to less number of dishes compared to other hotels). Overall, it’s a good family friendly property with good views and proximity to dubai mall, burj khalifa and the dancing fountain.

The property looks a bit old however it’s well maintained, it’s not a complaint nor a negative point.

Great location next to Dubai Mall/Downtown with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and good amenities. Check-in/out was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it felt safe, quiet, and good value for the stay.

A bit of noise at times (traffic/other guests), and the parking/elevator access can be slightly confusing on the first visit. Wi-Fi was okay but could be faster and more stable.

Pool isn’t heated at all it was so cold my kids got sick And I informed them several times without no actions Cleaning sometimes good sometimes not

The location was great, very convenient for getting around Dubai. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and almost value for the price.

Since buildings around are very high, the rooms' views are quite limited, mostly facing nearby buildings. A room on a higher floor was provided to me with a better view.

Nothing at all . If i have to (elevators are a little bit slow) but compared to everything else. It doesn’t matter.

It’s says 5 star, but it’s really a 3 star hotel. Price doesn’t no match our expectations.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Location is great, by the Mall and the Burj Khakifa.

The room was a little rundown. Lots of small little things (sink not draining, curtains don’t close) and could use some maintenance.

Comunication between the hotel and booking.com. in my case, I was ask by chat to booking.com ( because we dont have direct access to comunicate with the hotel ) about rice cooker inside the room, and they said, yes the hotel provide rice cooker. But there was no rice cooker in the kitchen. When I showed the chatting between me and booking.com, the hotel staff said they didn't know anything about my request.

location was great with just few minute walk to Dubai Mall and main down town attractions.hotel staff especially house keeping staff was exceptional

the kitchenette cupboards needs bit of repairing and the mattress on extra bed need to be upgraded suggest an overall maintenance as bidet shower in master bathroom was leaking as well

The location of this property was excellent! Just a quick walk to the Dubai Mall. The staff here was excellent and were attentive to our needs. Samer also provided us excellent service. The view from our room was beautiful as we could see the Burj Khalifa!

I wish we were able to get breakfast included but it was quite a bit of an up charge. However, it wasn’t too much of an issue due to the location as we were able to try many cafes in the Dubai Mall area.

I didn't like anything , the staff was extremely unpleasant especially the manager Ibrahim Khalifa , he was so rude and didn't cooperate at all . The best thing was they are clueless about their own staff and what they commit to the people and what they offer

First of all the manager at damac maison Ibrahim khalifa is extremely rude and doesn't cooperate at all , he is so rude with the customers and that was the main reason we had such a terrible time and would like to give 0 stars if possible . We had 2 days booking initially but at the time of check-in we increased one day and paid for it .Firstly the rooms , washrooms and overall hotel apartments are extremely dirty , we requested the crib for the baby and they provided one which had food marks all over the crib , the locks of the doors were having issues , the water was rusty and upon inquiring they said the apartment needed work done and won't be fixed soon and then we changed the room , the room they moved us in next day didn't had warm water and upon inquiring they kept us waiting to check for 3-4 hours but still no warm water and that made our 8 month old sick . Then they changed another room , all thus room changes and delays made us miss our important business meeting and stress with the child , pushing and pulling the luggage between rooms . The breakfast that was part of our package we tried the first day and that area had flies and mosquitoes all over the salad bar , we informed them that we aren't happy and they sent a person later to our room to apologize and he informed that our booking is for 2 days only .On the third day we checked out in a hurry and upon reaching the checkout we were informed the booking is for 3 days and the member of their team (who came to apologize for all the stress they caused throughout didn't had any clue ) so they wanted us to stay for the day. When we mentioned we are all packed and paid extra amount at another hotel for the 3rd night booking now before we were told we had to leave the next day by their team member they started arguing with us , and when the refund was claimed they gave a months time .

Beautiful property. Had an incredible view of downtown Dubai. Tamara at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.
