Bed and room, toilet and shower were dirty. Staff not welcoming and parking guy was rude. It seemed they haven’t changed the bed sheet for a while. It was smelly.

A 3 star hotel with the best staff Rahim was so helpful and considerate

Nothing, would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless I hated them.

Location of hotel, outdated room, given ONE towel, TV didn't work, hallway smelled.

The staff were helpful, the room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony and very close to the metro and AC was amazing the TV was working fine

We were first given a room with mold on the walls and a strong cigarette smell. When I calmly asked for a refund, the front desk kept saying it was “non-refundable” and this was the only room available. After insisting, they suddenly transferred us to a clean room — so clearly, that wasn’t true.The staff even raised his voice while I was trying to sort it out. Good location, but the experience was not worth it.

I only like the location.

I don't like it when they are very strict. They doesn't allow visitor just to visit and the way they approach them. Very poor quality service especially in the reception and the guard. Instead of being kind and nice to the visitors and try to convince them to stay with us they are very rude to them. And the room is dusty like the side table and the desk. Even the kittle is not working and the fridge was switched off and all the wires are unplugged. It's not worth it for my payment, I'm sorry about that. And the cleaners are not very hygienic, we can see the cart is in the pathway with all their cleaning stuffs mix with clean and dirty things for the guest. I'm just not happy at all, the costumer service is bad, not hygienic cleaners, the room is dusty, the tissue in toilet was very little and remaining from the past guest, very cheap.

It is near the Metro Station and there are plenty of restaurants and groceries that are open 24/7.

There are no amenities available. And, the hotel needs to be renovated already to update the interiors.

Otherwise, the cleanliness is poor, the smell is unbearable, and the room price was $67 per night without breakfast, which is completely unjustified for that room.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. and the worst part was the unprofessional behavior of the cleaning staff. The cleaner entered our room without any permission, which felt disrespectful and invasive. This lack of respect for guest privacy is unacceptable, and it made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. The overall service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are congested also the TV shows only Arabic channels should be multi option .

The staffs are so accommodating specially the room Attendant named Robin, he ask what we need and request .

This is my second time, the room was okay but no more room amenities I don't know why , that should be mandatory.
