Millennium Lakeview Hotel

The rate is too much considering the location and the quality of the facilities.

Ease of parking, fast check in and out close to food and groceries..

facilities are good, rooms are big and clean, breakfast was delicious and clean

what we didnt like is the staff. most of the staff, especially ladies at the front desk looked very unhappy and behaving rude to the guests. dont know the reason why, most looked unhappy.

This property need to be inspected before u promote , it is in a nice location and the staffs are very friendly , however the rooms are stinging and worn out . The Ac is making loud noise and no one can sleep , disgusting , I will never come again here

Convenient location for work purposes

I found a spider on my bed, and there was a clearly visible spider web right above the entrance door of the room. If the room had been properly cleaned, the web would have been immediately noticeable without any effort. This indicates that the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival or even for a long time. Also blood stains on the toilet door

Staff are nice and accommodating , rooms are neat. The lakeview is excellent. Amazing hotel to stay

The room was excellent, but the carpets on the floor have a strange smell. It could cause allergies in someone with allergies.They should put some fruit in the room. There are hotels with the same star rating as the Millennium that do this.

I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable—especially Mousse, who truly embodies what hospitality is all about. Loriel was also exceptional, always ready to help with a smile. And the food? Simply amazing! Every meal was a treat. Can't wait to return!

really liked the staff, the cleanliness, and the services.

The room was not very comfortable, and it was overlooking the lake where there were outdoor parties that continued late at night, which was disturbing.

The rooms are not bad.

The stuff we’re not friendly at all. The parking was not shaded so our car came back soooo dirty because of the rain.

Location and the small mall proximity

Noise , connected rooms with no isolation, late night noise. We booked the lake view rooms but windows are very small and not opening so useless.

Everything was amazing! Reception staff was brilliant! I got an upgraded room on my first booking and was brilliant. As I travelled for my birthday, Kumar the housekeeper made a beautiful towel cake and put balloons in the room as well!Overall, everything was stunning!

Room overlooking the lake and pool was perfect.The location great also as I was there for the DP world golf at Jumeirah.Will book again and try more of the facilities including breakfast.

Everything were very good I been first time In Millennium the room was very good clean and the staff had good attitude specially Moussa beldisk guy speak so well polite and helpful I really appreciate that guy how he help me

I disappointed because we were couple and in the room had only one big towel for one person I have been stay dip 1 all hotels but never seen this before.

All The staff are very helpful and attentive. I would like to specially recognize Mousa! The location of the hotel is very convenient and being attached to the mall is a plus.

although this is a non smoking hotel, some hallways smell like smoke coming from inside some rooms. An attendant is not always available to open up the parking.

The hotel has some nice highlights – the lake view was amazing, breakfast was quite decent (though with limited items), and the swimming pool and balcony views were excellent. Having a mall right next to the hotel was also very convenient.

The stay was fine overall, but unfortunately the reception experience left us disappointed. Staff member LOreal (who introduced herself as the supervisor) came across as unhelpful and her attitude felt dismissive, which did not make us feel welcome.We were also asked to pay AED 50 extra for a king-size bed, as most of the available rooms were with twin beds. In my past hotel experiences in Dubai, when a specific room type wasn’t available, the staff usually offered an alternative solution or an upgrade without extra charge.It would be great if the hotel could review this policy and ensure staff communication is more customer-friendly, as Dubai hotels are generally known for excellent hospitality
