The Air conditioning was not working in the room in the new section ! Engineering took a hour and a half to turn up and confirm that the AC was not working !!

The breakfast & lounge staff is very courteous and helpful. They manage it quite decently in spite of being short staffed.

Front counter always has only 1 or 2 staff checking the guests in. Water pressure in bathroom is aweful

When i entered in room i found bad smell and behind the curtains found cigrates pieces. Even it was non smoking room

Location was good nearby metro station. Room was clean.

When I booked the room, I was not aware that they are doing maintenance and construction.I could hear the drilling from the room beside me.I could not use the swimming pool as they told me is under maintenance and not operational.

I can't even imagine that at this kind of hotel you can get a room with all the facilities that you need and room service 24/7 for such a low price. I can't even imagine how that is economically profitable for the hotel. 53€/day!? Back in Slovenia, in hotels which are not even close to this costs about 120€/day! As we were exosted, later at night, the two of us ordered room service, grill for two, but it was more for 3. Just imagine being here for 14 days compared to our Adriatic area. Well, done, nice job!

1) TV channels were bad, not clear channels, not good programs or even no local channels 2) we reserved the room with half board were usually we take dinner in Spice land restaurant, we were shocked that the restaurant was closed due to renovation and the alternative restaurant was poor !!

I like the Compliment Lunch that they gave us during the check-in, because there was delay for half hour for the room, they compliment us with a free lunch buffet. Very nice staff on the reception counter.

There is no Lift going to the basement parking. You need to use the stair.

The room was clean and location is very good for me because of my friends and colleagues leaves in same area

The best option of hotel is the reception people’s , they are so smart and friendly, specially Ms. Alisha and Ms. Hana

Check in process (took me almost two hours), TV(not even one channel is clear), room service (not welcoming when calling them ) , house keeping (two workers for over 40 rooms) , parking ( no elevator to use from basement parking )

The day we got there room wasnt ready at 9 pm. But they gave us dinner while waiting. Then room we booked was bigger. Also a non smoking room. The room we got was small and smoking section. But they changed the room the next day after some conversation with the staff. So we had mix feelings about the place.
