Had a nice stay at Excelsior Downtown Hotel.The reception team was super patient, professional, and helpful — especially Asha and Syed, who helped me a lot with a reservation issue. Really appreciated it.The room I got was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.Special thanks to Katrin for her help with my luggage!Would happily stay here again.

The location was great and close to the Train Station. The hotel was neat with hospitable staff.

The property is near the metro station, very quiet and clean. The property's wifi is very fast and useful. Very good service from the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Saaqib. As a client I can give it a 7 out of 10.

The bed size is queen size, we're it was mentioned in booking bed is king.

Absolutely nothing.

Photos on google and booking.com are photoshopped. We’ve been lied to from the second we walked in. Booked a 3 night stay and were literally forced to stay the first night although we wanted to cancel due to the rooms and hotel being filthy. Next morning were completely ignored by the manager Tamer for 1 hour, kept us waiting in the lobby. Then told us he would cancel our remaining 2 nights stay. It’s been over 1 month and we still haven’t been refunded and all he does it continue to lie to us. Be smart and do not book at this hotel you will regret it.

The staff were nice

The hotel was very noisy at night. Someone kept knocking on my room door and ringing the doorbell many times. In addition, the walls between the rooms were very thin, and I could clearly hear noise from the adjacent rooms.I found 3 small insects on the bed.

One time i was in the roof and the manager of the roof or the owner i don’t know his name he is Philippine I was sitting with my girl friend and he come try make fight with me he was drunk and try to make any problems with me i ask about where is security they say don’t have security here just down have security Hotel is good but must fix like this problemsAlso don’t have cameras in roof outside i wanted to call police but don’t have cameras i ask they answer don’t have cameras Maybe i will not go again to this hotel because of this

Close to DXB airport

Old property and far from downtown but okay if you like to be close to Al Rigga area.

Clean nice room and an excellent welcoming staff.
