Fairmont Dubai

Location

The hotel is poorly soundproofed. Even on the 30th floor, constant street noise, music, and traffic were clearly audible, making rest difficult. To make matters worse, the room was not ready until 4:30 PM, despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM

room was good and comfortable,

the blanket were not good. They were just sheets. We had to ask for blankets, and they were very old.

The team was amazing

You can’t sleep it is very noisy because the floors no carpet so you will hear all the other rooms

The location , the staff , the room were clean and specious

A lot of flying insects inside the bathroom and in the lobby, we contacted the property and the staff was very helpful he offered us to do a deep cleaning for the rooms despite that still there

breakfast doesn’t have variations. limited and same everyday. Also, I select the hotel since they offer free shuttle buses to Dubai Mall but when we arrived the change their offer to different location ( change to Dubai Outlet Mall).

My stay for my birthday was unforgettable. Thanks to the incredible team at Fairmont Hotel. I had an amazing stay! The front desk staff especially Rash & Cintya were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel upgraded my room to suite with the city view of famous landmarks in Sheik Zayed Road was breathtaking. My bed was dedicatedly designed with the very talented housekeeping staff especially to Jibar & Noyon. Thank you to all the Fairmont staff who made my birthday truly special and memorable one! This level of thoughtful and personalized service from the entire staff. I will definitely be back.

Room service staff so friendly and helpful! This is the best in this hotel.

The (photos in booking) didn’t match the reality!!!!! The room was smaller than expected, we asked them for a higher floor in advance, but our request didn’t meet.

Loved the property, location, decor and amenities. Also, the front staff was amazing. Hope was so kind and despite the rush of guests, she was able to get me checked in and even offered tea and coffee while I waited. I’ll definitely be staying here when I come back to Dubai.

Had requested for an early check in and they didn’t even consider it and give early even though it was a junior suite and worse the room wasn’t even ready at the usual check in time of 3pm. Repeated requests by me that I am travelling only for half a day and need the room to freshen up and head to my work event but they didn’t even consider and give the room at 3 pm forget earlier. Pathetic staff pathetic management

Terrible service

Great location and room, but very poor and unacceptable experience

Was given the room late past normal checkin time, was locked out of my room at time of checkout before I could get my stuff, and someone also entered my room unannounced while I was inside

The hotel provided a very good experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The service was efficient, and the facilities were of high quality. I would definitely consider staying here again. And I would especially like to thank Youssef at reception desk; he was very professional and kind.

Long time waiting for the luggage drop off/InIn the morning two couples next room fighting 6:AM in the morning and the noise was loud in the corridor. Bad noise insulation and you can hear the cars in the road all night

The location is so good and the staff are really friendly, also the front desk are very helpful

The wifi connection was not the best

i Like the overall cleanliness and exceptional approach of the staff at all times.

The rate of my room shot up exponentially when i decided to extend my stray and i think consideration must be made for clients already in house who nwish to extend their stay, a little bit of cost reduction and appraisal would be fine.

The only positive aspect was the service and staff, who were attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the outdated condition, lack of cleanliness, and poor maintenance overshadowed everything else. Very disappointing overall.

The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell all around that they try to mask using air freshener machines. The curtains in the room and the sofa bed fabrics reeked, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel under such a big name like Fairmont. I never expected this level of hygiene and upkeep in Dubai—it honestly felt like I was staying in a different part of the world, not in Dubai’s luxury standard.On top of that, the water quality was shocking. I encountered black particles coming through the taps and water flows multiple times during my stay. For a five-star property in Dubai, this is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about health and safety.

Besd, fitted sheets were very soft and comfortable, pillows and duvet cover were equally cozy.

Breakfast did not match the quality of the other amenities.
