Name comfort inn but uncomfortable room

Service is pathetic, dental kits are charged, no water in the room, they need to renovate their hotel. Washroom tiles are broken. Overall badly maintained.

TV was non functional.there was extreme external noise quite late at nighttea coffee facilities were poor

It was superb staying here in this hotel,all staff were very accommodating especially Joan and Emad,the sanitation and facilities provided on our room were accessible.I was able to relaxed and enjoy here while staying in Dubai……I‘ll definitely comeback again in this hotel soon.Excellent costumer service were provided.Thank you.

The staff r not helpful and not polite at night there’s no one at the reception I go to my room 213 and I get call from the reception it’s so rude the way how he speak to customers he’s nam Ali and also the check out there’s one lady and one I am thinking he’s in charge also they r do not how to speak with guest at all I am not recommend it the place to any one

Towels were not clean and even when I asked for replacement, they brought a dirty one.I’ve seen another person complaining about the same in the reception.. which means that it’s a common issue there.

Good location and great filipina receptionist. Other than those two all are disappointing.

No noise proofing. You will make up hearinf doors closing shut and other talking outside. The windows were not clean. The was stared carpeted but when we go inside it is not. No free coffee, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. No extra towels provided. No extra pillows was given. TV wasn’t working. Not even a single bottle of water inside. No extra tissue rolls. Even the lift is shaking and the lift buttons inside are hard to press.

We booked for a king size bed , but when we reached there they provide single,single bed .how couples can sleep peacefully in that two beds.no logics.and the bedsheet also not well cleaned there were stain also . And the light switch button also not working then service man came and he put cello tape stickers on that.i was like is this 1 star hotel either and when we ask for a plate their response was very pathetic.Very poor management and staffs

Location is great. Can find everything around Metro / Restaurants. Housekeeping guy was very polite and smiling always. Check-In was quick.

Breakfast option was not up to the mark. Very Limited Continental Options.Room did not had creamers, only black tea is there.

The behaviour of the reception staff was very bad , I booked for 2 but when my daughter joined me after 3 days stay , they charged me extra persson charge. This is totally looting money policy. Wifi was very bad, not even able to connnect in the room , when complain to staff they replied to come to lobby and access wifi. Overall very bad experience.
