The bathroom. The bath tub can be removed and just change it to shower with doors.

The apartment had plenty of space and a comfortable layout. The balcony offered a nice view, and the overall location was very convenient — close to Mall of the Emirates and easy to get around. It was a practical place for a short stay.

I stayed at this property recently and unfortunately faced a persistent issue with cockroaches. We informed the hotel several times, and the team did come to address the problem, but the situation never fully improved. Over the stay we saw around 12–15 bugs, some of which we caught ourselves. It seems the hotel has a broader pest-control problem, because the issue kept recurring despite the staff’s attempts to resolve it. The location and service were otherwise fine, but the presence of cockroaches made the stay uncomfortable.

Price too high for what you get. Flat screens doesn't present even the local channels, screen sharing also not possible which is very basic almost all properties now have it.

The furnitures and the bathroom

Unfortunately, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. The rooms are old, the furniture is outdated, and the bathrooms are very old and dilapidated. I had booked a superior room, but the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely slow, and they changed my room to a classic one. I paid extra for most of the rooms, and I found cobwebs in them. I have a picture as proof. I advise you, as a brother, not to stay there; you'll regret

Nothing at all

The location is a 10 minute walk to the Mall of Emirates. The apartment was clean. The housekeeping staff are good.

No WiFi connection in the first apartment. Had to switch apartments. Little control over the AC and room temperatures. Reception staff was careless with delivered packages. I had to argue so that they looked carefully for my delivered packages. Poor lightning in rooms.

Room size was very big but the smell was every where. The Washing machine & Oven were not properly working.

It was clean and friendly, The bed was not good.

The bed was hard to sleep on.

All good, big room, better then last time I stayed with the hotel, cleaner, renovated

The TV stations were not working well and the technical team were not able to fix it

No breakfast, only serve one big water bottle and no room service was available on call.

Excellent location next to MOE and many food establishments. Friendly and helpful staff.

Considering the proximity to MOE (good) and the lack of cleanliess (smelly carpets and upholstery) and maintenance, I thought that the rate was expensive, although the longer I stayed the lower the rate became

Big apartment, two bedroom, two bathroom (they were a little bit smaller then I expect and too old, need renovations), big living room, good big kitchen Washing machine was goodCleaning was every day, it was good enough

the refrigerator is leaking, the repairman came and the leak became less.So it was not a big problemold bathroom

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Harlyn at the reception, who helped me with scanning, photocoying and emailing. She is the PERFECT Receptionist. THANK YOU, Harlyn.
