The parking you guys keeping my car out side the parking under the sun it’s become dirty I stay for one night not one hour

everything was excellent and we have been to this property multiple times, BUT...one major problem. Massive construction projects less than 200 meters from hotel window that ran through most of the night meant very little sleep for me and the young family. We were not told about this upon booking or checking in.

The rooms and cleaning

Water park on site was brilliant despite poor weather. Buffet was very good quality and variety. Staff was very helpful and kind. Very kid and family friendly.

Stayed at this hotel and discovered that the Executive Lounge staff are basically superheroes disguised as humans. They were so helpful that I half-expected them to start giving life advice along with my coffee.Special shoutout to Chef Arjun, who somehow managed to make gluten- and dairy-free waffles and pancakes taste so good that my kids now believe he has magical powers. Seriously, I’m starting to suspect he moonlights as a wizard. Every morning felt like a tiny breakfast miracle, my kids left the table happy and me suspicious of whether I should be asking for his secret spellbook instead of the syrup.

High season means everyone and their uncle decided to vacation here, so finding a chair at the pool or beach was basically a competitive sport. I spent a good 15 minutes circling like a hungry seagull before claiming my territory, but hey, can’t blame the hotel for popularity!Honestly, it just made me appreciate the quiet moments I did find even more… and gave me excellent cardio.10/10 would dodge sunbathers again.

The hotel decor is very good and cleanliness A1. All the staff are very courteous. The quality of the food is excellent. The gym facility is amazing.

The only criticism I have concerns the outside lounging areas. The grassed areas and pool areas are largely in the shade all day. To get the sun you have to place yourself on or as close as possible to the beach.

Room was nice and tidy. I had breakfast only once, it was nice lots of verity and options and kids love it as well. Pool facility is excellent, loved the view as well.

All the construction work going on is making it difficult to go out of the Hotel, to reach the Sheikh Zayed road.

The hotel is brilliant and the stay was amazing. It was our anniversary and we had informed the reservation staff. They surprised us with a balloons cake and chocolates which was a surprise.. felt really welcomed and was a brilliant gesture. The lady at the check in counter Mrs Katelyn was hospitable and very welcoming. Want to thank her for the all her efforts in making our stay amazing. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The premium lounge staff is great and super service. Overall had a beautiful stay at the hotel and will definitely recommend the hotel

The timing of the all inclusive which you cannot start the lunch when you arrived at 12. All inclusive start at 4 ?

Great staff, high cleanliness and good service.Culinary/dinner room service was excellent.

Facilities are super luxurious, everything is clean. Staff was very kind and welcoming.Specially Kevin , he’s been very helpful and welcoming. Best regards.

Central location and facilities

Food and drinks pricing. Promised a special treat for my daughter birthday and even upon couple of confirmation all she got was a towel in a shape of a cake. Was expecting more.

I want to give 11 out of 10 to this exceptionally great hotel. Our family of four stayed there from the 23rd to the 27th of September. We booked a family-style room with one regular bed and one king-size bed. I want to give the best marks to all the restaurants and especially the hostess at the horizon bar. These guys were exceptionally friendly. The all-inclusive concept this hotel has is one of the best I've ever seen. We will definitely come back there again for a longer stay.

It's location, although in this visit was a reconstruction work in the main near road which led to heavy traffic

The facilities are amazing with multiple pools, waterpark and the overall resort feel. The rooms are very big and the beds comfortable. The staff is also very helpful

The view from the rooms (1 tiny window overlooking electric cords) and check-in took relatively long time (we booked initially at le meridien then went to Westin reception then went to another floor to scan documents). But the staff made up for the inconvenience
