The location

There was a leaking in the washroom and they can't fixed, everyday the engineer is come to fixed but they don't. I asked the hotel to move me to another room but, they said it is fully booked. It was the most miserable hotel in my life.

Customer service.I was well received, checked in early and upgraded complimentarily! When they knew that i was there for graduation, they sent chocolates and beautiful messages to my room, made me feel very special.

The bathroom had a bit of a pee-smell, not too bad but it was noticable. It wasnt overwhelming but definitely noticable when close to the toilet seat.

Most of the staff are very friendly, location was fantastic for business . I would say if it were not for the good staff, I would rate it even lower

There are many signs of poor maintenance . Bathtub was damaged with some non hygienic marks around it ( didn’t use it and it looks worse in reality ). Filter water for a 5 star hotel ! I mean come on guys .. breakfast is rushed and food quality is not as it used to be 4 years ago .

In general all is okay, but this time the stay was not as before!

Over the past 12 month I see that the again of the hotel is visible due to limited maintenance.Water pressure low, no hot water in the shower!The flexibility to extend my business trip was impossible. This affected my trip significantly.

Breakfast at restaurant was very good. Exceptional.Reception Staff very cooperative.Concierge staff was very cooperative and good.

Requested many times the repair of change of non working taps in toiler, the plumber was very very uncooperative and we had to suffer due to this.Room service was bad, sometimes they forgot to change towels, sometimes to put a new bathrobe. Extremely irritating.

The location of the hotel is great, with access to both the metro and the tram making it easy to reach everywhere.The views of the Marina from the room was also amazing

We had to switch the room as the first one was not cleaned for a whole day despite us leaving the "Please clean the room" sign for the whole day (More than 12 hours)

Location is good.

Tv channels are so outdated and not at all relevant. Bathroom shathaf is kind of broken . Water flow in the sink is not right , should be easy flow . The glass water bottles served free are not hygienically preferred. There is no shaded car parking .

I like the location and the area around the hotel. The easy access to Metro make it very comfortable.I like the morning breakfast buffet very much!The rooms are clean and if I’m lucky I get a nice view too.

The maintenance of the hotel show thatched whole installation is aging significantly!

Worst experiance

•Check-In Delay and Lack of Information: I arrived very late at night (around 11:30 PM) and faced a long wait despite an empty lobby. Reception took a very long time to check me in and didn’t explain the hotel facilities or how to connect to the Wi-Fi.•Room Readiness Issue: I requested a twin bed on a high floor, but the room was not ready and had a joined bed and was not prepared as requested. The staff initially insisted it was ready until shown a picture for proof.•Unprofessional Duty Manager: When I expressed frustration, the duty manager asked why I was mad instead of calming the situation!!! His communication was very poor, and he tried to offer a free breakfast the next day rather than addressing the actual issue of the room not being ready.•Checkout Experience: There was no warm farewell or sense of appreciation at checkout. It felt impersonal and unwelcoming.•In-Room Service Issues: The hotel refused to allow deliveries to the room or handling my orders to my room by there staff, which was inconvenient and annoying.•Overall: The entire stay was very disappointing and did not meet expectations in terms of service, readiness, and hospitality.

Our experience was very good, breakfast spread was one the best experiences in recent times. The location is very convenient as we used Sobha Realty Metro Station for commuting. All the staff is very attentive , friendly and responsive and always smiling.

THE LOCATION

Valet Parking… Someone parked my car without turning off the engine. It was recognized when I took the car for a night trip; it had been on start mode for around 5-6 hours. I had been complained at the reception .. But it might still It is now being checked because I have not gotten any updates.Almost half of the tank was completed.r

The room was big and clean

The entrance was by the basement as there was construction on the original entrance but no one to help, I was spending 5-10 min waiting for someone to open the gate to enter to basement , and there was no one to help on the door at the basement. Very disappointed I was parking my car by myself as the valet parking agent was never there at night .

They should have informed how inconvenient it was to get inside the hotel while the lobby was under renovation. It was a pain to come in and out. It’s no wonder the prices were ere lower compared to usual. Will not be staying again:

I forgot my used shirt at the shelf. I expected atleast an email or call from the hotel letting me know about this. I came to know about the missing shirt while i checked my bag when i reached back to Bahrain.

As they renovating the lobby There were no valet at the lobby and parking the car was little uncomfortable

The staff were very nice and the location was perfect for me, as my office is in JLT in the same cluster. I also received a thoughtful compliment from the hotel staff - some sweets in the room.

The cleanliness of the room. Furniture had stains, the rob in the bathroom had yellow marks and someone’s hair on it, bathtub also didn’t look clean

Properties were average but payment amount were different from booking com amounts. Hotel staff couldn't resolve this problem
