Staff did not allow me to heat my food in the microwave despite that it was allowed.

Hotel location is good. Foods are moderate. Also room ambience was moderate. Nothing to say much attractive as compared to other 5-star hotels like Taj, Pullman etc..Could be the JLT facility , I don't have experience with other Movenpick facilities in Dubai

Overall it's below average as compared to other 5-star hotels which I stayed. Meantime, the room rent was too high as it did not meet the expectations

It was absolutely nice and convenient location for my meetings and near by metro Marina ,Jumierah beach, we arrived late the staff was there very welcoming and friendly at the reception , The breakfast is nice the rooms are clean and quiet.

Reception and concierge was friendly Pradeep,Dilshan from concierge and Mark, Parvinder assisted me well.

Best hotel we have ever stayed me and my family loved the rooms and view ?Big thanks to the all the staffs, specially the receptionist Pervindar who give us best rooms with stunning view of lakes.Room was clean and well maintained.

They are professional, helpful,kind & attending I would like to Thanks Mr. Raju the manager and his lovely team members Helen, Tanvi, Ali, Parvinder at reception who's always been helpful.Highly recommended this hotel.

Terrible

We were given a room for wheelchair with a bathroom that is perfect for a disabled person but not good for us - water splashed all over . Not very clean . The location is not good, you have to cross a huge street to get to the nice part of Dubai. We asked the reception to change the room they didn’t . We tried communication through booking to change or cancel the remaining nights . They never answered . Our agent called booking to get the two nights we didn’t take cancelled . They asked for “evidence “ and said the property did not respond - of course . We booked through booking to get some sort of guaranteed support . Which in this case , hasn’t proved useful .

the breakfast was varied, the hotel smells nice and its spacious. The valet service was adequate with some waiting times somedays but not tremendous. the staff was polite but sometimes a bit too much even.

There was a leakage on the ceiling of the corridor when we arrived that left a strong smell of mould across the floor. On the day that it was repaired, the water was cut off, and although i understand the need for this, i would like to have been informed about it. The housekeeping team always left the AC on in freezing temperatures with left me and my son with a slight cold and somewhat uncomfortable when we arrive back at the room.

Breakfast spread was huge however, there were limited vegetarian options.

Bathroom fixtures needs to be improved especially the doors and health flush,

We had visited dubai for the first time and staying at Mövenpick was the best decision to make. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. The amenities and ambience was amazing. The view from the tower was breathtaking. Staffs were very polite and friendly especially Mr.Ali at the reception is a very attentive and supportive person when we checked in at 2 am. They also have free shuttle service to the Palm Jumeirah beach everyday morning. Breakfast was delicious with all kind of cuisine. We would love to recommend the hotel to anyone who is planning to visit dubai.

The hotel feels clean and new, the room was very comfy, spacious and clean.

The young woman (the one without glasses) at the checkin and checkout had no communication skills, was basically ignoring the guests, and she was painfully slow while the counter was not busy at all. She just looked at the screen and took forever, it didn't look like she was new and not knowing what to do, just seemed she was not present/interested... so that was really weird. I mean, we all have bad days, but basic professional manners would do the job. I also asked for a quiet room and she gave me a noisy one, while reassuring me my request made online is being honored... so, not sure what happened there --

The staff were friendly, the room was nice and spacious, had a iron in cupboard which is hugely helpful when travelling. The room service was quick and the food was delicious! Its great location wise as my offices are just around the corner so very convenient.

The pillows were very soft, the bathroom felt a bit outdated. The pool area also felt like it needs a bit of upliftment. Other than that is was good.

Location wise the hotel is major help. Metro station is close and walkable if the weather is good.

But the room cleaning is confusion. They dont come at all. I stayed there for 2 days and the room was never cleaned.

A housekeeper's morning smile makes my day so much better. They are amazing people and very friendly

Problem with parking are prevalent The breakfast buffet isn't very generous and there aren't enough tables to accommodate everyone

Breakfast was excellent. Varieties of dishes to pick from and the attendants were very helpful and polite. overall, i enjoyed every bit of the place. I would recommend to anybody visiting Dubai either for work or vacation.
