A bit better navigating solution for bars & restaurants at the territory (there are too many options too little information about them). Maybe app will solve this inconvenience where you can check the menu, interior, make a reservation and calculate route to the chosen place

Wonderful location, territory and general service

Stuff is very rude, especially managers. You always have to fight for your comfort!

Luxury vibes even during summer. Has all the 5 star amenities you would expect. Close to Madinat Jumeriah.

Had to change rooms due to a weird smell.

Territory and the opportunity to use buggy and abras, plus the opportunity to visit a waterpark. The room was really big, with a nice quiet view and the bed was comfortable.

1) The room service was not the best. On the last night of our stay, which was paid in full, we were not provided with bath salt and pieces of soap. It is really strange. The amenities shall be provided in full per each night of stay. 2) we were not provided with any help with our luggage during the check out despite the fact we called the reception to help us with the luggage. 3) the hotel put some expenses for the visit of the restaurant we have never been to.

Beach and food and the view

The staff . Housekeepers , they enter the room and i was putting do not disturb. Bcz i want some privacy, but they enter the room with no permission, and i was on bathroom. Which really not comfortable and not safe . When i raise the problem to the reception, one Egyptian guy he didn’t believe me . Which is again i felt unsafe and insecure .

In general Everything is good

the room little become old and smelly shower need maintenance, Buggy car need to be more careful driving .

I had a unique experience at al qaser hotel the pool is magnificent including the service (Jose) is attentive and took very good care of us which made our experience even more exciting.The gym was equipped with the best of the best machines.

The location was very nice and comfortable

Lots of maintenance work noise and the TV in the room was not working good and not fixed

All was amazing as always. We keep coming back. Kids club, pool, buggy and boat rides.

Everything was stunning, and we were so pleased that Ms. Jina from the reception was very supportive.

A couple of time we had to wait under the sun so long for the buggy and abra to arrive.

Very well decorated and felt very luxurious. The property was very clean all the time and smelled amazing. The facilities were great for families including young families like ours plus it is a huge shared resort with so much to do.

We were 3 rooms with small kids. They could not make all 3 rooms close to each other.

This was my second visit to the property . The property is simply stunning and the views to the Burg Al Arab and beach just beautiful . Lots of dining options and my favourite is The Hide steakhouse . First class food and hospitality by all the staff . My room rate included breakfast on this visit and simply amazing . Everything you could possibly require and excellent quality , just divine . Rooms are huge with every amenity you could want. All in all a very good stay , the only draw back is the price , it’s incredibly expensive to stay here .

There was a major problem with birds and seagulls around the main pool . The pool is incredible , but the experience was ruined by the squawking crows in every tree and the dive bombing of the numerous seagulls dropping poop on a constant basis . There appear to have taken residence here and sit in multiple numbers on the pavilion roof . The life guards are constantly walking round scooping it out . You really could not have a decent swim at all, it was really frustrating. I raised this problem on numerous occasions and management are aware . There is a guy that walks round with a falcon , presumably to ward them off , but for the last 2 days of my holiday he was no where to be seen . I just hope they get to grips with it , because it is truly awful .

Amazing property, variety of options for the beach&pool set up, long walkways for morning run or walk, great breakfast, spacious rooms, nice abra boat rides, beautiful lush landscape all around

Restaurant kitchen closes early. We have arrived at 11pm and there were no place for quick bite and drink. Since with kid we were not allowed at the bar. Restaurant children policy to strict, even the beach bar doesn’t allow for kids less than 7yo.

Room service: Thereafter had issues with the cleaner assigned to my room with not cleaning properly and servicing the room in the evening despite telling him to come after a certain time, on two consecutive days he came at an inconvenience time.Dinner Buffet: very poor range and quality. Same food and very cold too and the excuse given too many Russians so kept the food bland and they overcook thinking mass of guest so the food end up cooling down. My recommendation would be to have theme nights and have a dedicated section for those who eat bland.Resort facilities: does not have on-site gym therefore dependent on an unreliable golf buggy that is shared between Jumeriah hotels. It’s annoying and service is slow. Again I complained and nothing was done. They didn’t have enough buggy or workers so having to wait 20min to return to hotel from gym. Furthermore, the buggy’s are dangerous as they use the same path whereby guests walk on so having to keep looking over shoulder if a buggy is zooming towards you. It’s a chaotic system they have. Note the spa is also not on-site, so will have to use the unreliable buggy.Staff: a few of them had attitude, abrupt and rude which I escalated at the time.
