there is nothing to like about this place _ it's the fakest "hotel" you will ever be to

The place is messy, dirty and hidden between buildings _ such a fake place that even my children refused to take shower because it's so uncomfortable and dirty. Fortunately we book for one day as we were on transit _ I wonder how Dubai can let such a thing be in its city. Booking.com too, you should have a team to visit places before they appear on your website _ it's like you are accomplice of our loss

Very good hotel, super friendly staff. Location is excellent, next to Naif Souk. I always stay in this hotel whenever I visit Dubai.

I appreciate the hospitality at your property. However, I noticed that water bottles are provided only on the first day of the stay. For guests staying multiple days, this means purchasing additional bottles, which can be inconvenient.It would be great if you could arrange a water cooler so that guests can refill their bottles instead of having to go all the way down to purchase water. This would enhance the guest experience and also be a more sustainable option.Thank you for considering this suggestion.

ENTRANCE IS NOT VERY GOOD , ROOM IS GOOD SIZE , BATH SHOWER AREA IS NOT GOOD , BREAKFAST IS GOOD ,

PRICE IS VERY HIGH AS COMPARED TO THE FACILITIES

The place was clean and comfortable. It was also close to a supermarket where I could get some essential.

My room key card declined a few times. So I had to go back to reception to get it fixed before I could enter my room. They should work on that. The Wi-Fi too expired before my stay. I had to go back to reception to get it sorted.

It was very comfy and clean, the room was super and big.

Place was good but heart of a hotel is there landline where a Guest can do many thing as there land line where dead nice room water should be free in Islamic state don’t charge for water

The location where the hotel is located is not good at all. The area is extremely sketchy, I was traveling with my family so this isn't a suitable place to bring them and the most amount of problem I faced was getting a taxi, you'll hardly get a taxi/uber and will have to wait a good 15-20 mins. If you’re traveling with friends then it's okay to stay here but with family, choosing this hotel is a big NO.

The rooms were cleaned in time . The staff were good. The shower head needs attention. The television has limited channel for foreign users.

The television channels be more friendly to foreign national not conversant with the Arabic language. Please ensure that bathrooms are well and fully furnished,

we arrived v early Morning and they let us check in v early and complimentary breakfast. staff v help full .close to shopping area.

The location is ok but no parcking is an issue

The room is not clean,The picture you see online is nothing to what you see upon arrival. The room i asked for and bed arrangements was not the same. The atmospher is not family friendly AT ALL. The amount spend on the room then not having utilities like fork spoon is not acceptable. Frankly this is the worst place i've been in Dubai

All night AC Was not working called staff but still issue not resolved Check in was late bed was not sorted I request 2 single bed but room was king bed I wait 30 minutes in reception, 3 pm without check in
