So bad experience I book here but when I come there they said the room was full as I come late but they confirmed my booking so tired and hungry that time hopping that I can rest well but I didn’t expect that will happen

First they should good view specially in the room..The wash room should have completed thing like shampoo and so on..The towel should too ...Because I really know always having 2 I'm one room.And should the chair is clean also the tableAnd also the tv should have more channel.

I don't like the facilities it's look like unwell view..Inside the room is like the old room..More mold in the wall..the table is not good condition it's dirty.the washroom it's to worst among I saw..the lobby doesn't have wifi..The hotel or the room is not good for the person like to unwind..Also the staff is like talking behind me when I'm asking about the wifi...you should inform to all of your staff specially to Indians or other nationality.To speak only english Infront of the customer...I feel something to them when I'm asking what I needs.Improve the facilities specially washroom because the bowl of that toilet is covering only wood..when I press to plush the water my hand getting slide.Sorry to what I feedback this is all my experience to your hotel...This is what I want to improve your facilities and staff...

Price is too but there isn't any facility that's price we expected little good facilities but very poor there is patision room inside room there isn't frizze ??

All the sockets in the room not working. Cocroaches roaming around. No mini bar ?. You have to ask to clean the room. They just come in remove the bin and finish. the next day they supposedly clean but bin all the trash still there.. Used.same.towel 2 days in a row. U have to beg to clean the room. Room very dirty. Lots of noise from.music until early morning. Staff not welcoming at all. Please think twice about booking this hotel. Never again. Very bad ?.

Very bad experience facility was to old bed was to dirty Room has lot of insect. I'm not even finish my day to stay. Its not recommended at all. Needs to renovate that facility

The worst hotel in UAE

We have to wait for more than an hour to checkin while we reached at the hotel around 3PM, room is too dirty even they didn't changed bed sheet and cover.

The worst hotel i ever seen in my life

Very old furniture- very tight places- uncleaned rooms- slow internet- uncooperative staff- bugs every where- photos of the hotel in booking is not the same reality when you check in at all

Yesterday I book this hotel whain I reach they are Talling they don't have room .I have already confirm booking I requested to staff they didn't manage also he taking badly .

I like the way receptionist talked with me.

Room is dirty, no cleanness,, cockroach everywhere,, water leakage from ceiling whole night.

When I booked the room no room at all they we're advise me to book from acado or my trip website I was informed him I am in to booking.com Al most 20yeras you ask me to change my question to him my guest was with me there telling that no rooms available I showed them booking confirmation number but still he is told me one floor no electricity at all same time I called wescot hotel FO manger he is arranging the room with best rate I will never ever suggestions this hotel to anyone If you are willing to book this hotel I can say in One word you are poor so please my advice for all don't ever chose THIS hotel waste of money and you will not accept any assistance from this hotel I am always giving good reviews only unfortunately I have to write such feedbacks to this hotel .

Reception staff was very good and cooperative both shifts staff was amazing specially Mr.Uzaifa & Mr Sam was really nice person.

Horrible, disaster, terible, pathetic

I arrived at 1am and the receptionist looked at me and asked “why did you come now” my arrival time is none of his business as long as I have a confirmed booking. The he went ahead to room will cost me Aed 300! I had a confirmed booking and was to pay as per my confirmation. Any way he had a lot of confidence in him and I had to leave. The confidence he had shows that no action can be taken no matter what, probably the hotel is his. Go to this hotel at your own risk.

Nothing much

The lobby was fuming with some sort of scent that the staff kept for themselves. At least get rid of the roaches I know it’s not a five star.

There are bedbugs here, feet and bedsheets are poor. , The windows are dirty and the washroom tap is broken. bathtub very small

How the little Chinese look bell boy greet the client and talk to us in a polite and friendly way

The receptionist a bit unprofessional. The room was small, no fridge, no kettle to have some tea, in general not welcoming for tourists. Maybe for resident. The pictures on the internet is not what I saw.
