The room was okay but the bathroom was in a bad condition with black patches in the Tab and sink.

Clean and location.

I was told there was a missing towel.....which kind of made me feel embarassed.

Staff is efficient , House keeping does a good job , property is old but well maintained , overall a sound stay

Restaurants rates are over priced and does not offer value for money experience

The room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is really good since it is not far from supermarkets, restaurants and a bank. Breakfast was Ok. The Taxi driver who took me to the airport was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel should change the lights from yellow to white and cleaning staff should clean full rooms and the bedding after 1 or 2 days

how can this hotel get 4 star rating? I was so noisy as they have 3 entertainment kind of night club outside but part of the hotel. The music was so loud till 4am in the morning hence couldn't sleep at all and the balcony door would lock so didn't feel safe.

Property of well located for Dubai terminal2 airport. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Room was good size, bathroom could be cleaner Main issue was noise in the corridor- some very noisy famalies, particularly when we stayed there for the close location to the airport so that we could get an early night.
