- Location is great closer to.the mall, airport and lots of activities ! Rooms are spacious and clean. They have a great pool area and 24 hour gym and resturant. Its actually better then a lot of 5 star hotels and its priced reasonably well.
- The laundry that I gave them to clean didn't come back on time and I had a flight to catch. They told me I would have to pay to get my clothes shipped back to me.
- they charged me 50 dollars forbparking lot.I have never been to a hotel who charged me for a hotel. first car is free of charge everywhere. had to buy wifie however its free everywhere in this 21st century. i wouldnt return to this hotel.

The hotel was located at a convenient distance from the Dubai Airport terminal.
There was no shuttle service. The room service was not up to par.
The hotel staff was great. My husband got sick during our stay and they were great about leaving extra linens, cleaning the rooms, & bringing room service promptly. The front desk was great when we asked to change rooms due to construction.
Construction across the road but that's outside of the hotels power.
