Here’s a concise two-sentence version:My first stay at Kempinski Central Avenue was truly memorable as I had my training session there — from the spotless rooms and pool to the kids club and the exceptional service by Jessa and Maya at reception, everything exceeded expectations. Although the price was high, the unbeatable location attached to Dubai Mall and the warm hospitality made it worth it, and it surely won’t be our last stay.

Nothing! But i would prefer if prices were a bit affordable, other than that, we have enjoyed our stay to the max.

Amazing stay as usual thanks to Marina , Mayar in the club lounge ayman and amr for their great assistance.

The staff were absolutely amazing always going the extra mile to make my stay exceptional. Special thanks to Marina, Ayman, and Mr. Amr from the night shift for their outstanding assistance. Your dedication truly made a difference!

Safe clean and near the mall

The hotel was excellent in every aspect - very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mayar Abuamra for her outstanding service; she was very kind, attentive, and made our stay much more pleasant.

It is cleaned and big room, it has all the facilities. The lady who did for us check in was kind, she upgraded the reservation for us, her name was Jessa, Also there was a lady called Marina; she took care of us very well

The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and luxurious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Maiar, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She made the stay much more pleasant.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

- Furniture was new and in good condition - Location- Room view- Car service and transportation (Mr. Osama) - Coffee guy in the reception was friendly and nice (Mr. Bilal)

- Not cleaning the room unless i call (even if i have the cleaning sign lighted on the door)- i requested few things from room service was not delivered - i ordered food (dine in) to my room and the quality of food was not matching the high prices ex: biryani shrimps was raw!- all items in the room was for 1 person although we were 2!! Ex: 1 toothbrush + 1 big towel + 1 robe

Everything. The service stood out the most. Obviously the location is a given before you go. Breakfast was also very good.

My bed springs were probably broken so the center of the bed was low and it caused me issues with my back.

The location is amazing specially for those who want to have shopping , it’s connected to dubai mall and this is big advantage. The staff was very helpful specially the lady in concierge (maria) she was so helpful and she did her best to make our stay as we planned

The price is little bit high otherwise everything was nice
