Breakfast. Staff is unaware of hygiene. 4 incidents on breakfast with food either being not clean, inedible. Cheap food with 0 regard to healthy options.

Very elegant Rotana location. I like the concept of the hosting events in the lobby and the ballroom. Everything you need in one place kind of hotel!

The breakfast buffet is excellent. Mr. Kaza is great. The staff of the entire place are pleasant, helpful and professional. The apartment was clean, comfortable and always had what we needed. Location is great with a great view. Hotel gym is excellent with new, well maintained equipment.

- Smell in bathroom- The placement of TV, how I should to watch it, if it located on side from the bed? - only one bathrobe

Actually, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that they had chosen a room for us. I saw the room, but the view was towards a new building under construction, which caused some noise. I told them that I would like them to find me another room with a different view. Mr. “George” the head of staff intervened and helped me exchange the room with a better view. Thanks to him, the room became better than the other one. I discovered that the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very kind & helpful to us (thanks to all of them ).

The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive, which made the entire stay smooth and comfortable. The check-in process was efficient, and the team demonstrated excellent customer service at every point. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and maintained a very comfortable temperature. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well organized.The hotel’s location in Dubai Media City is also a major advantage, with many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance, along with easy access to nearby attractions. The tram station is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation simple and accessible.

Nothing major, but a few small improvements would make the stay even better. The room’s furniture shows slight aging and could be refreshed,

Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction work around the hotel. Additionally, the room size and description do not match what was shown on the booking site. The receptionist also lacked professionalism when communicating with guests, particularly with me — though I prefer not to mention names. Overall, it was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced in recent years.

Everything was great, from the stuff to the apartman where we were staying, cleaning stuff was extremlly profesional...breakfast was excelant, reception helpt us with everything that we needed, we are comming again soon for sure!

Unfortunately I came because the business course is inside the hotel but the rooms are poorly maintained, totally not worth the price given it’s also far from all attractions

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel for six nights. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that negatively affected my comfort and overall experience, as outlined below:1.The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very poor.2.The shower gel ran out for three days and was only refilled after I requested it.3.The used towels were taken away but no replacements were provided.4.There was a strong moldy smell coming from under the sink.5.Upon check-in, I was given two room key cards. I left one card in the room, but during cleaning, the staff removed it without my permission and did not return it.6.I also found that the cleaning staff had unlocked and left the balcony door open, which is a serious safety concern.7.I reported my complaints to two different staff members, yet none of the issues were resolved.8.The bed was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep throughout my stay.

Then entire area surrounding the hotel is a construction zone. You get to hear banging sounds from early morning & the windows dont offer soundproofing.
