Deira Suites Deluxe Hotel Suites

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and elegant. The view of Dubai Creek and the Burj Khalifa was clear from each room. There was a bathroom for each guest and ample closet space.

We came at 2am and the staff was considerate on us coming early in the morning and he extend our stay to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

Only the hotel bathroom because after taking a shower the entire bathroom is flooded with water and I think it needs some cleaning using JIF Cream Cleaner because there are molds build up.

The hotel is old and does not have a restaurant. The furniture is very old. The bathroom ceiling almost fell on us. The kitchen is very bad. The stove does not work. I paid more than 800 dirhams per night, but it is not worth it at all. The workers are good and love to help, but the apartment I stayed in is bad.

Easy access The value is great for the hotelThe location is Great Comfortable and clean I loved the services next to the hotel Like supermarkets, laundry, and restaurants are nearby too.

The air conditioner system depends on temperature set then it turn off when reaching this point that's why I can't stand it anymore and the hotel has been changed.

The hotel and staff were extremely nice...loved the location and convenience to everything...this was our 2nd stay there and will continue to stay on future visits....

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of hot water for baths and showers

The room is spacious and clean, and the location is excellent.

We lost our Dubai aquarium penguin plush toy. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that the housekeeper found it and threw it in the garbage! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. They should have kept it at the guest services desk or in the lost and found department. My kids were really sad because of this unacceptable behavior.

There was a Sauna, Spa and pool that can only be used between 9 till 6. Has a Mosque walking distance and also 15mins walk to metro station

We had travelled for more than 24hours and prior to arriving i had requested the hotel for early check in to which they responded upon availability. I had sent mutiple requests and was hoping for a favourable response upon arrival. We arrived around 10am and to my disappointment reception staff told me we couldnt check in until 2pm. We waited around and at 1.50 i was handed the keys to our room and told the lounge is ready for us to rest while the cleaners finish off the rest. As we entered the apartment the cleaners were still inside. Not enough bathtowels, toilet paper and no diswash or tea towels provided in the kitchen. We requested a 30minute extension for the swimming pool but they refused.

We really liked how spacious the rooms were. The beds were comfortable. It's cool! Near all the necessary shops and the parking is secure. It really suites the need of a large family!

Dirty dated place. No food, terrible furniture no hot water, awful air-conditioning really a very poor place. Only folks who work there trying their best

No smart tv its old model in all rooms.Internet tooooooo slow even requested several times but were not able to sort out the issue.

The apartment is very large. It is very close to different restaurants and shopping centres. The underground parking is amazing. The stuffs are caring and nice. I had a great opportunity to meet Sadis, Mohammad and Khalid. They are very kind and helpful people.

The facility needs renovation. The staffs in kitchen were not completed but whenever we asked for anything they provided for us.

The location is close to many shops and restaurants.The size of the living area is large enough to give you feeling like you are at home. Clean rooms .

I had problem with the internet. The traffic and cooling fan noise of the hotel were always present , it was also very difficult to set the room temperature at the desired level, stove was not working properly either.

The place is wide and all that you need is provided specially for cooking. The sauna and steam bath is fab!?
