Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment

From check in to check out the Savoy exceed our expectation I was celebrating my birthday and did not inform them but was very surprised when a knock on my door

Presented with a birthday cake and later a card. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Location is great, washing machine is new, room was very clean and tidy, staff are v helpful.

Staff are very friendly and cooperative, rooms are clean but not modern. Gym room is v small and lacking of instruments, swimming pool is small only for kids.

Their rooms were super comfortable and the service was great

I like everything.

Beds are extra large and so spacious .. convenient for 2 adults and 2 kids

improve breakfast .. need a better spread

It was close to the Expo center I was visiting to

The photo and the reality is completely different things in fact the place was't clean at all and nothing was convinient

Very nice , good location , staff are very friendly and helpful , clean rooms

The room is big and comfortable, the staffs are really kind, the food is delicious and the portion is big. Big mall and a lot of restaurants around.

No hot water in the shower, the reception told me: open the shower and wait around 30 minutes for hot water ? I just had cold shower

BreakfastCleanliness

Limited drinking water availability. Staff was making it awkward to get drinking water or fill empty water bottles.

Breakfast was excellent, room was very clean. Everyday from 1600-1700pm, the kids got free ice-creams and popcorns. Adults got free tea/coffee.A memorable experience. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Location is good, clean and very close to all amenities

The only thing was the bathtub was a bit small for our liking for the option we chose, and the swimming pool is quite small too.

The reception was 24/7, I could call them anytime and they would pick up the calls. The location is perfect, It is nearby Sharaf DG metro, which is walkable distance. It is the same as in pictures.

There was some insect in the bed and I got bit two nights while I slept on my hands. The beds has to be checked and cleaned thoroughly.

The bed is comfortable, the room is decent. All in all it was a good stay. However, I know i booked for 4 adults and 3 kids, but in my booking there’s only 4 adults. But they still let us pay more. 100 aed.

The misleading age about kids, while on their site it said until 12 years of age. But in the reception they said 11.9 which was confusing.

Good price, attending stuff (especially Manar), cleaning, water every day, amenities and beach stuff to all the guest.Apartment equipped with everything you might need for the short or long stay - refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kitchen stove, iron, hairdryer.

The rooms are clean, everything works, but the style/furniture is outdated. The room requires more freshening up look. Iron doesn’t have function to make stream, so ironing process is irritating.Lock keys quickly get demagnetized, so you have to fix this at the reception desk each 2-3 days.

Big bed, friendly staff, bathroom with tub!!!!

No Spa available ?

Location was good surrounded with all shopping mall near by .

but the staff on reception was very rude and they don’t have respect to talk with travelers need to train them professionally . We are the customer and traveler they have to be flexible and helpful not be rude in talk
