Cleanliness and big space

The breakfast is mostly indian food. They have to consider that there are other nationalities who doesn’t eat this type of food

Very welcoming especially salma in the check in and clean organized and great location and good equipped

The room decoration felt creepy and uncomfortable. The hallways had a strong smell, like butter chicken, which was unpleasant.The staff took my luggage downstairs, but I couldn’t find it afterward. Thankfully, the security staff helped me locate it and take it to my car.The reception was very slow and took too long to handle requests.

The Hotel has achieved my expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, the waiters were nice.The swimming pool and the fitness were good.

I liked the Gym since I always workout even in my vacations, I was surprised how is the gym is well organized and full equipped,The swimming pool is clean, bit small but the depth is good, The breakfast has wide variety and it has long service timing from 7 am to 11 am, all the staff generally are amazing

The location is far from city downtown so we paid a lot for everyday taxi to locations such as Jumaira, global village,The breakfast almost Indian cuisine, they should serve more Arabic or Italian, French cuisine

I did not like anything about the place what a book on the website I did not receive it. It was the worst in the whole entire world. I regret spending that much money on a premium studio, but it was not what I saw on the website I will never go there again. Customer service was terrible. No one couldn’t help me. It was just a disaster.

On the website I was told or showing how the property look like but when I enter horrible, it does not look the same. I believe they gave me what they have but what I requested and pay for it wasn’t given to me.

Property was clean and spacious. I like the location too close to everything.

I rented a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. There's a swimming pool, and two tennis courts, padel court. There's a supermarket with all the essentials that closes at 3 AM. The location is convenient and close to the traditional markets of Mushrif and Naif. It was a wonderful and enjoyable experience for me and my family.

Location and facilities. The apartment has a great size, very comfortable.Room service was very good, everyday we would return to the made beds and cleaned bathroom.

When we entered, it had a faul smell like mould. We had to air a few times, it got better, but I smelled it through the whole stay.The kitchen could have had some more basic necessary items that could have been complimentary. At least a dishwasher and a few pods.

Overcrowded, staff is not that cooperative, no Vallet parking , furniture looks very old

The location was closer to the city.

The breakfast venue changed everyday without notifying the guests. The breakfast had the same menu everyday and the venue on the ground floor was not in good condition. It looked as if guests were put in a meeting hall. Absolutely disappointed with this. Would never recommend this property to anyone.

The property does not provide slipper, bathrobe and coffee.
