Towers Rotana - Dubai

Location of the hotel is excellent and minutes away from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean. Safe and secure location. I also used the Gym and spa. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

The towers in front of the building blocks the excellent view to Burj Khalifa.

Repeated disturbance and unacceptable staff behavior – second occurrenceMy stay at Rotana Towers Hotel was extremely disappointing and well below acceptable hospitality standards.From 7:00 AM, there was continuous and severe noise coming from the room adjacent to mine due to construction work, breaking, and installation activities. This made resting completely impossible.What makes the situation even worse is that this is the second time this exact issue has happened to me personally. I experienced the same noise disturbance and construction activities during a previous stay in August, which indicates a recurring problem and poor operational planning.Despite raising a complaint, no effective action was taken, and the situation was not resolved. Additionally, the reception staff spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and service culture.This repeated experience demonstrates lack of respect for guests, poor communication, and failure to meet basic hospitality standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and will seriously reconsider staying at any Rotana property in the future unless clear corrective actions are taken.

The hotel was fully booked and the breakfast area did not accommodate hence causing a line of people waiting to get seated

Cleanness, convenient location, staff were helpful and friendly, Uber and taxi services were excellent and right there, food was excellent.

Rude staff especially the man who is standing on the entrance, the bath tub edge is soo high , the hotel not comfortable at all

The room was very small And i stayed in a room which was very close to the other room in the hotel , that cause people who stayed beside me tried to enter my room late at night which was a terrible moment
