I am one of the longest stayed guest in Al Khoory Executive, I believe i have completed over 475 days of stay since 2020. I am too familiar to rate / review something new. But appreciate your facility upkeeping including cleanliness and hygiene in the property. Keep up the good works

Property is awesome and had fun in the swimming pool while staying. Alishia helped us to do early check in. Whole staff is awesome and we had overall great experience. They also send cake and did decoration on our wedding anniversary day.

The hotel is clean and for the price point, well worth the 3 night stay.

I loved everything

Our stay here was great! The property was nice and had good food options as well as a super cute coffee spot. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, especially Shahbaz who checked us in and made our stay that much better. Highly recommend!

Non-smoking rooms smelling very bad like cold cigarette

Room had no ventilation, smelt moldy. The only window that could be opened had access to a roof which was full of cigarettes' buts like an giant ashtray and facing a residential building with no privacy at all. You had to have the worn out curtains closed at all time.

Very quiet, great breakfast, attentive employees just around the corner from local food places with options to eat inside or out.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, though it had no view, which was a little disappointing. However, I found the overall value for money to be a bit unreasonable for this type of hotel. Perhaps the high prices were due to GITEX taking place at the time, but even so, the cost didn’t quite match the experience. Overall, an okay stay - good service, but pricing could be more balanced.

Been to Al khoory maybe 4-5 times now. I’m never disappointed. Can greatly recommend. Affordable rooms, helpful staff and break breakfast/ dining.

Great hotel, the breakfast was nice and the pool is amazing. Great sauna with hamam and gym with all the equipment you need.

I could not set the AC to a higher temperature, even on heating mode. It was set too low and for some reason was not getting up. Minor complaint though.

Bad hotel management as they are rude when asked to provide invoice claiming will be issued via booking. Com

No smoking hotel. No smoking rooms. That was not clear in Booking.com info. I booked executive suite and found out there is no smoking suits. I requested a change to a room with balcony and they did with phone help of Booking.com agent in UAE. The hotel refused to refund me the difference in cost!

Staff were helpful and courteous especially Romeo and Usama.
