It was dirty. Cockroaches everywhere.
No parking, not a big room, no towels. It was. A very bad experience

The bathroom has leakages, towels not provided you need to call the receptionist to get to you. TV is old and not working, poor internet connection and you will going to see cockroaches small ones at some places. Guys you need to do something about this.

The hotel staff does not listen to anything. There was no towel in my room. I called the reception at least twice and even went to them once but even then they did not send me a towel and the washrooms were also dirty. It was a very bad experience. I will never go there again.
The hotel location is great for wholesale shopping and close to MRT. The staff were quite nice. However, this hotel interior is old, bad internal finishing, uncomfortable beds, old and outdated furniture, old with old bathroom facilities. Water was leaking under the wash hand basin. The window couldn't close properly and they were also dirty. If you are expecting to pay and get a 3 star hotel you will be extremely disappointed.

Arrived at the hotel and was happy that I was able to check in early, although I paid 100ead more for that. The location had a lot of affordable restaurants nearby, which was nice.
The room was so dirty, I don't think it had been swept in a while, the room had a damp smell to it,The bedding in the room was not fresh i had to request for it to be changed before i got clean sheets, i found a cocroch in my room, the bathroom was the absolutely worst. I know it's on the cheaper side, and I wasn't really expecting much, but the room should at least be clean.
