we asked them invoice before checking out and they didn't issue it, and they start telling stories, they said what they issue it only after 10:00 clock, then I left my e mail to receive it by mail, but no e mail, and no reply for mails too.the cost of the hotel didnt paid back to me by the company I work for because no Invoice.

Extremely Disappointed - Would Not Recommend!!The management at City Seasons Burjuman Mall Branch seriously needs to retrain their reception staff. If you're looking for a smooth and hassle-free stay, this is not the place to go.Receptionists would confirm things during booking, and then completely backtrack on them later. Their policies are confusing and unreasonable, and the staff seem poorly trained and inconsistent with information.It was so frustrating that I ended up canceling my future booking and checking out in the middle of my stay. Completely inconvenient and disappointing. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

CLEANNESS, FITNESS CENTER, AND BREAKFAST

Staff was very nice specially from front desk who checked in me Lady from Myanmar (Yasmine) but I am not confirmed with the name.She was supportive and helpful.

Room were so small & it was connecting room so anyone can hear the sound out and it feels less privacy.

Location was great. The staff was very helpful.

It should have breakfast included for the price we paid.

The bed is too small I have requested for a 2-twin bed but they gave us a 2 single bed not comfortable.

The perfect place to stay it's right in middle and you can easily get Green and Red Line metro.Not only this next to the hotel Burjuman Mall is there you can enjoy.Plus walking from here in winters only ? you can go to Sheikh Zayed Road, Bur Dubai.

Very nice hotel when you're visiting Dubai. Location is very good, next to a big shopping mall (Burjuman) and very close to a metro station. Room was good, good wifi. Breakfast was nice

I would like to bring to your attention a very unfortunate event which happened with me while staying in your hotel, Room 913 on 4th of November.Around 11 pm, I received a call in my room from reception asking me very rudely that she has been informed by the security that I have been brought some visitors from outside. Let me summarise her exact words. “Hello sir, I have been informed by our security that you have brought visitors from outside. Did you bring visitors from outside ?There was no introduction, no apologies for calling late and I was treated like a culprit even without getting the facts together. It was quite late and I was into sleep and was very offended by the tone which was being used and felt humiliated by the way I was treated. I went down personally to the reception and gave my feedback to your team. I have travelled across more than 20 countries across the globe but never went through such a situation. I’m coming to Dubai almost every year for last +10 years for gulf food manufacturing but this is the first time to be treated in such a way. I had a very important day so felt best to concentrate on my work and would like to complain you officially on this. I will be checking out tomorrow to never return to this place again inshAllah. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Old furniture needs renovation.Not that clean but okThe room size is small so, no need for the 2 chairs and the table!

I truly felt that I was mislead with the advertisement of this hotel. It was rated as a four star hotel and had images that were very misleading. I believe this hotel was older and maybe needs updated descriptions and images.

The staff wont allow a guest coming up,and meet.Even deliveries,need to be received down at the lobby,thats why we ordered deliveries for..Water was provided but very limited.
