Rove JBR

I would like to thank the reception staff for their care upon arrival. The check-in process was very fast, and they were cooperative.I liked that they offer a free valet parking service for the parking areas belonging to the apartments.The apartments are located on Al Mamsha street, which has restaurants, cafés, and shops, and they are close to JBR Beach.The breakfast was good, and the staff were kind.I liked that there is a nearby pharmacy and a supermarket available.

The bed was not comfortable, and neither were the pillows. I wish they were of better quality.

To sum up my stay, this hotel was disgusting, rude, uncomfortable, and not worth my money.

This has been the most awful experience I have ever encountered with a hotel. For starters, we found a bed bug on the couch and when we killed it and put it in a napkin to show the manager, he looked at the bug and acknowledged seeing it, took the napkin away then the next day a different manager said there was never a bug. The bathroom had bacteria on the walls, housekeeping never cleaned and left a pile of wet towels on the floor for days at a time. Never collected the garbage, there were flies everywhere. The AC didn’t work, I was told the dryer didn’t work and I had to hang my clothes outside. On my last day I was moved to a smaller room, not the size I paid for originally. I wasn’t placed in roves building initially, it was in a random building behind the hotel that was completely out of the way. The managers dismissed all our concerns and said they could not help or rectify the situation. A refund of one night was offered but never fulfilled. Overall, there have been better hotels I’ve visited in Dubai and this hotel will be one I will never stay at nor would I recommend my friends and family to stay at.

Great Staff, were helpful and attended us. Location is 10/10 close to everything you need. You also have access to the beach and resorts nearby.

Location and facilities at Cove Beach. Hotel interiors are modern and artsy. Staff was super friendly. A little issue happened on my first night but they were quick to make it up to me. Definitely staying here again.

The room is always clean and comfortable, staff are very nice and accommodating. Wahed and Jan were exceptionally helpful. The place is in close proximity to everything you could need in JBR.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right on JBR Walk with instant access to beaches, Marina, 24 hour stores, restaurants, bars, and late-night entertainment, all just steps away. The convenience alone sets it apart in value from anything else in the area.What truly elevates the experience is the staff. The facilities and service team are exceptional, consistently ensuring comfort and support throughout the stay. Their dedication, combined with the prime location, makes this property an easy top choice. Highly recommended.

Swimming pool has limited sunbeds and also limited sun rays

Great location. Bharat at the front desk was attentive, friendly and made the stay that much better.

Gym doesn't open until 10 am otherwise everything good.

Special thanks to Amira and the rest of the Staff who were so nice and welcoming always checking up on me during my stay the room was spacious, clean and comfortable this hotel definitely deserves to be 5 stars also it’s located in the JBR walk so you have all the attractions next to you within walking distance also you get free entry to covebeach which is family friendly and closes later than other pool/beach clubs

Everything was great. Room is clean, stuff is nice. We were able to get an access to the Beach Club and had a very good experience there.
